I am absolutely furious with the way this has been handled. I attempted to place an order through their website, but my card payment initially failed because the billing address didn't match the delivery address. I therefore used my old address, which was still registered to my card.
Somehow, despite this, the order ended up being delivered to that old address, and I now have no way of retrieving it.
I contacted The Whisky Exchange expecting some help or at least a reasonable solution, only to be told they couldn't do anything. Apparently, because I used PayPal, the delivery address was taken from my PayPal account.
So I'm left out of pocket with an order I cannot even access, and absolutely no willingness from customer service to help resolve the situation.
Mistakes happen, but the way a company handles them says everything. Extremely disappointing customer service. I certainly won't be ordering from them again.
