Mainly very good but
Mainly very good - good crew, worked hard in hot conditions. However , following issues detract from this:
None of the crew wore shoe covers in either collection and delivery; on delivery, protective carpet covers were placed ad-hoc so not effective: sofa bed that could have been split into two parts was manhandled up the stairs as a single entity with some slight damage to wall; team did not clean up the mess left by protective sheets - lots of fluff left on new carpets.

Very obliging staff
Very obliging staff, well experienced team who could not have been more helpful. The staff in the Office coped brilliantly with the uncertainty as to when we could move depending on the difficult 'chain' we were part of. They put us at our ease in what was a very tense situation for us.

House removal by White & Co…
I used this removal company 10 years ago and was pleased with service
Staff at office were very helpful and arranged overnight storage for me
Removal staff were very polite, helpful and friendly
Only downside was failure to provide carpet protection during collection but I ensured it was available for delivery hence 4* rating instead of 5*

Despite my three delays in removal…
Despite my three delays in removal date, White’s took it all in their stride and delivered an impeccable removal. The Knaresborough staff were early on the job and created an amazing Rubic’s cube of packing into the large vehicle. Delivery at the destination, the following morning, was equally impressive, with box labelling follwed meticulously. Not the cheapest company around but their quality of operation is worth every penny.
