I purchased a lifetime key; however, it has since stopped functioning. Despite being provided with live support, my messages are repeatedly seen but not answered. This demonstrates a lack of professionalism and accountability on the company's part.

Also, when I tried contacting from another WhatsApp, they answered but asked for money . Why should I pay when I have purchased a lifetime key already? Why are you asking for money?

Not only your live support , but I also tried on the website ticket, but they got closed. You guys are not even answering properly and saying here, "customer is important." Shame on you!

Just tell me, if I have a lifetime key and your software stopped updating, then why should I suffer? Just give me another option, that's all.

And its been over 6 months they are just not doing anything

I’ve been using WhiteHatBox for a few months now, and it’s saved me hours of work. Simple to use and effective. Highly recommend!

I purchased the software and paid hundreds of dollars with my credit card through a payment processor WinToPay (see my transaction details below).

I purchased a lifetime license for their software just for it to tell me my serial number has been deactivated.

When I contacted them they literally said they can’t find my payment information and said they have no access to PayPal when I sent them the confirmation that I paid with a credit card!

Now I don’t have my money and I don’t have the software.

I recommend staying away and keeping your money!!!

SpinnerChief or AKA WhiteHatBox is a TOTAL SCAM MALWARE SOFTWARE. Do not download or use. A total rip off!

SpinnerChief reviews are all bought and paid for. I will never trust any of the blogs that recommend Spinner Chief ever again.

What a total waste of money and time.

I asked for a refund and was ignored.

The refund policy page reads like a fraudulent companies to do list.

The software is buggy, filled with malware, my computer is now infected and the instructions on how to use this piece of garbage, is well, garbage.

SpinnerChief or ChiefSpinner or White Hat Box is not what they market themselves to be.

The software is not safe to download.

The instructions are confusing on purpose.

Good luck getting a refund.

Zip file to install their spinnerchief app not working. Ask refund... they insist that they policy is to refund when they can't solve the issue.

And their solution is gain remote access? No way, I'm going to give a remote access to unknown user.

EDIT: "If you are our real user and your order meets the refund policy, we can give you a refund, no problem" --> what a silly answer, because my issue is they will go in circle to avoid giving refund.. and their last resort to solved my issue is to gain remote access? Do you expect people to give remote access to strangers? You are not Ben the IT support guy in my company.

I have been a customer of Whitehatbox purchasing my first product from them in 2014 and I've bought a number of other products since this time being new products or upgrades. I'm happy with them and would recommend their products to anybody considering making a purchase.

This program is a piece of crap. I am a software engineer and didn't have time to write my own. They claim they will give a refund but that is a lie. They keep asking the same questions with no results for help. I wrote my own since then and it's on open source and it's a lot better and free. I did this put them out of business for not refunding my money.

These guys work very hard and impatient users complain about bugs. Their support is brilliant. If you ever worked a day in software development then you'd understand that bugs happen and updates and fixes happen almost every day. They have offered me support by email, whatsapp and even remotely logged in and fixed my problems manually. 100% trust.

Do not buy this product. You will have to install some bogus launch software that will be full of advertising every time you use the program. My copy crashed numerous times with a Chinese message that I could not read, which made it pretty useless to resolve whatever issue I was having. Supposedly a stand-alone program exists. I downloaded it, but the file was empty.
Also, if you do have problems, getting a refund is a time-consuming exercise in futility. The time difference made response time feel like a glacier moving. Write complaint, wait 24 hours, get a response. Rinse and repeat. I had tested the program for less than 24 hours (numerous hours doing with many settings) when I put in my request for a refund. So obviously, I was not trying to cheat the company.
Protected words worked some of the time but not all. A crazy example was Peter the Great; the program would change it to Peter the fantastic or something similar. Mistakes like this are unacceptable when writing a serious paper.
Synonyms would not be used correctly or in context. If you edited manually, many times, you had but one choice of synonym.
The sentence or paragraph structure in any unique setting reminded me of a George Carlin skit. Once again, context would rise and bite you in the ass.

I would give 0 starts if possible.
Software is terrible and full of bugs, assistance is not only not existing but even offensive.
It's been more than a month, I keep on chatting and sending them proofs (pictures, videos and whatever they ask) and they keep to come up with excuses not to refund me.
This morning they touched the lowest point: they asked me "to gain remote access of my computer".
Stay away from this bunch of dodgy scammers and beware: softwares are not only poorly made (my maschines crash basically every time I try to start the app) they are probably dangerous.
I feel insulted and offended in any possible way.

Other products on the market are better and more user friendly. Support is slow and not helpful.

UPDATE: WhiteHatBox attempted to have my review taken down or edited from the site. They claimed my review broke the terms of service for Trust Pilot because it “promoted” other products. This is a cheap and slimy move that casts them in an even shadier light. Don’t trust them!

Their experience is very weak in program work. One program took 7 months to work, after they promised me that it would be completed in just 3 days
I do not advise dealing with them, as they are evasive and do not bear responsibility for their mistakes and do not accept refunds in case they fail to implement the required

I purchased their app, the good thing that they don't include hidden fees. I have used a coupon for a 20% discount. I'm pleased with what I got. I first hesitated about purchasing it but luckily I have done the right thing.

WhiteHatBox surely is something out-of-the-box! An All-rounder software at an unbelievably reasonable price! Being an influencer, it has immensely helped promote my Facebook and Instagram accounts, hereby increasing my online income and monthly revenues! Their Free SEO Software has helped generate such heavy traffic on my page which would have been impossible without… Thank you WhiteHatBox!

Useless and unusable software. It does not create any single text in Italian and also very difficult to use. Despite the guides, the quality of the text produced is pretty much the same as the original and really badly written, and still subject to revision over and over again. It definitely doesn't automate a process and it doesn't buy time as promised. We might as well write it yourself !!! Bad experience and money thrown away!

it is true I bought your software on July 30 and August 2 I left for the holidays (in Italy in August you go on vacation for luck !!!) and returned at the beginning of September I started trying to use your software asking precisely it's up to you how to use it given the difficulties and lack of clarity but above all the very poor results obtained in terms of texts created that must in any case be reviewed and checked over and over again to have a text worth reading (at least in Italian!). Therefore, I immediately asked you for the possibility of a refund, including two erroneously bought and never used fees for API use (Another 38 $ total!) But in response I only had refusals. Seen in a tight spot, I searched and tried Paypal to recover the money, but he agreed with you! Therefore, keep well the reason for paypal and my money ... but your software remains unused and unusable by me and I hope that for many others who have the same need as me (reworking texts in seo optics using artificial intelligence) not buy your software! If I had read all the other reviews about your software that are on different websites before, I certainly wouldn't have bought it!

spotify.com was updated a week ago, this leads to AIO cannot be used. I created a support ticket, the support team replied me that the programmer would urgently update AIO, and they told me to wait five days because this update was a bit tricky. Three days later, they sent me an email telling me that the software had been updated. Now, it is working again.
However, as one of their loyal users, I suggest that they know the news of website updates earlier than the users, and then update the software before the users can't use the software.

Useless software, they will never ever give a refund. Rude customer service. Stay away frome these chinese scammers.

Software is glitchy, always crashes. Asked for a refund after following all the advice and letting them teamview into my machine. Still not happy about that either. Upshot, no refund. Look elsewhere for your software needs.
Reading the reviews, they smack of fakery, they read the way the YouTube videos sound, if you get me.

In response to your reply, I have kept my identity secret, due to fear of reprisals. My business is done with you. You had ample opportunities to make me a happy customer and you failed miserably. This is an honest review of you and your service.

I hope you can learn from this interaction and make the customer No1 and not just taking unsuspecting people’s money, thinking they are dealing with a reputable company.

It saddens me that this is the way you finally listen.

Perhaps a drop in revenue will make you reassess how you treat the people that make your business viable.
