Update: They sold my email address. I’m afraid they will sell my credit card information as I saw that happen to another Whitehatbox victim so now I need to get a new credit card. These people are the WORST. It’s been 2 weeks since I made the awful decision of purchasing something from these scammers. What a fckn nightmare.

Update: Whitehatbox continues to tell me they’ll only provide me a refund if I remove this review. First they said they had provided me a refund and now they say they will send me the money via paypal. I didn’t use paypal to make the purchase, I used my credit card. Not only did I get junk software, I was also overcharged. I wanted to have all the evidence I needed before calling my credit card company so I can get my money back from these scammers. I hope people read this before falling for these scammers. They’re really scary people and it feels like if you don’t do what they say, they’ll use your private information against you. Well, I’ll have to face their wrath because I’m not deleting this review and I am getting my money back. Btw, their response on here is completely bogus. I have never heard of a business providing a refund through paypal instead of the original payment method. Seems like they have something up their sleeve. I have all their emails. I will post all of them shortly. Again, they claim I’m not using Windows so that’s the reason why their junk doesn’t work. This makes no sense! This is some serious gaslighting.

Update: Whitehatbox is sending me emails asking me to delete my review and they’ll refund me through paypal although I paid with my credit card. What kind of business is this? I think at this point that it is my duty to let everyone know NOT to do business with them. They’re business practices are unethical and immoral borderline illegal.

I purchased Tweetattacks and after downloading Whitehatbox I couldn't get Tweetattacks to stop crashing. I kept trying for about 4 hours and requested a refund. They keep sending me emails with software that may be missing so that i can install it. I keep telling them it doesn't work and now they want a screenshot of everything so they can determine what's wrong. After 2 days, I've had enough of them and just want my money back. They shouldn't torture me so that I can get my money back. At one point they even suggested that I wasn't using Windows. How could that be possible if Whitehatbox only runs on Windows? I wouldn't purchase anything from them again and I suggest you don't either. Some reviews on here seem fake to me. Their software is bogus so the reviews can’t be real. It’s sloppy and half assed. I will contact everyone I have to in order to get a refund, even the NY Attorney General. I’m reading the negative reviews and they all say the same thing, that they refuse to provide a refund although their website says they do provide refunds. I feel i should’ve known better and that it’s my fault. This is how scammers make you feel. Not only do they rob you, they also make you feel ashamed for letting them rob you.

They will do anything to keep your money and they will do anything to make you in trap of discounts and named offers.

Tomorrow if you run their software dont surprise if their software crashes every 10 min and they say no refund policy.

1. If they tells you that you pay us 998 USD a year and if they promise you that they will add in future software and will be provided for free - NO you may be wrong as why they will not like to have 200 USD more for another software and why they will not prefer to think to charge for a new software rather adding it to membership they give no respect to their elite users who are paying them the highest already.

2. Markterbrowser Review- This is one of the failed product. They say it value 799 USD one of the myth every one have is product is pricey so shall be worthy NO. The chrome browser mode dont work and their dev have no answer in last few days.

The Marketer Browser software crashes every 15 min video screenshot also shared to them and its a beta testing type software crashes every 10 min.

I given it 3 hours to setup the profiles properly and then what > database crashed and video shared to their company support. They are confused and trying hard to keep money they say they given discount so refund not possible.

But what is possible if customer is ready to fix their beta testing softwares and allow them 6 month of membership to not only pay for softwares but also waste the time with their dev as they dont have a beta tester

2. textnowbot review - they says for this software of them > Until I paid for their software and was part of their trapped ideas of offers, they have had malformed advertisement on their website that they offer help with this tool to have unlimited free numbers in US Canada later after payment I realizes that they also need PVA accounts to have it working. Their support team says most of number dont work from txtnowbot but they donot take it their responsibility to share those things before customer paid them.

YES now they updated their website after my words to remove malformed advertised software to catch money from customers - YES they say no refund will be possible as they offer discount. So this is one more math.

3. They have had Diamond VIP plan at cheaper price I paid them 1300 USD approx for the same named plan just now they removed that page too but I have screenshot if anybody need can share.

4. Pvacreator review - USD 1997 one time fee dont think that its a magical software it banned my smspva account temporary to use it.

Whitehatbox team, you are there to keep all money you do, I will soon place chargeback for your malformed business practices and your buggy softwares, dont think customer in term of an ATM card only.

BUYER BEWARE:
I made the mistake to buy that software thinking it would work.
I've managed to get 1 working account after 100 tries.
Its also impossible to get a refund. It's all false advertising.
This software is garbage.

Your better of writing your own python automation tool with selenium and bind it with smspva.com api. Their is ton of script example on github.

Trust me on this.

The services are not bad but prices are cheaper than similar products.

Gotta tell you the truth, these things are out of my expectations.

Cant say anything to the software, but the support is excellent. Techsupport helped within 24h via Teamviewer. Sales Support responded within minutes.

They are not on the customer's side. They will give you a hard time about every issue you have with one of their products until you just give up.

Dont buy anything from them.... i used the program for like 1 day. And i dont like it 1 bit. I used the aiostream. But the program was using so many cpu useage. And it was so slow. I wanted te reqeust a refund but they wont give me one. Sad poeple. Dont buy

I have never imagined that I can use such a software to make money. How amazing! I can create whatever comes to my mind and the only thing I must do is an implementation of my ideas to BotChief, the use of Captcha Solving and webmail give me a lot of convenience. Its user-friendly feature also makes me feel good.

I stopped at this PVACreator on their website. Paid with a little hesitation and it turned out it was worth the money. I just followed a few steps and it soon bagan to create accounts for me. Very powerful and considerate.

They said FollowingLike is one of their best-selling software. So, I bought a one time fee version of FollowingLike when they were doing promotions. The price is really good! I've been using it for two weeks. So far, only a few minor problems have arisen. I will continue to use it and tell you the latest experience.

It's been a while since I bought Spinner Chief and there are no problems so far. I use it to generate new articles sometimes, but most of the time, I let it rewrite my articles. As an article spinner, it's highly efficient and its' techniques are quite reliable. In general, you can count on this software.

Hello guys. I owned VideoTweeter for more than half a year. In the beginning, I encountered some problems in using it. Then I asked for help from the support team. It took some time to solve the problem. However, this does not affect my evaluation of the software. I think it is a very good video software. Do you think so?

TAKE CARE, they advertise features on their websites and dont mention its not unlimited to use with macOS. Never had such a bad customer support. I would give zero stars for spinnerchief and WhitehatBox company. I am really angry, how can PayPal still support this company with offering a payment solution.

And forget to write WhiteHatBox support regarding anything, they will send you over and over an automated message that does not help anybody.

To your answer. I was not purchase the SpinnerChief through your BlackFriday Sales page.

Fact1: You don't give a refund for your clients because you would make barely any profits.

Fact2: You don't give a refund because why? Yes, you are very easy not a serious company. Serious companies are not shy to give a refund. If you don't need to hide your software quality nor your support and service, why you do not give clients that DONT want your software after recognizing its bad and not useful at all?

Fact3: Its your practice and i will fight against until i get back my money. Be honest, refund people who dont wanna use your software. I saw the software tried your web version for some minutes thats it. Check your logs. Why you do not admit and make a refund? What is the issue? Oh yes, your policy. Guys we are in 2019 soon 2020!

Fact4: You sending over and over the same template defined messages in your support tickets that nobody helps. I did not reject to try to use your software before making a refund request. What do you think why i wanna get a refund? There is a reason. I am an unhappy client and you give a damn sh... on your clients opinion and happiness, or you don't? If you don't refund!

there is more than one problem with the software as with the support.
Firstly, the program has a lot of issues as i wrote to the support to refund my money, but they didnt gave me it back. Also i cant even install WhiteHatBox because of a issue at this programm as well. Proxies were shown up to another country even i bought them for USA. So i treid to refund my money but even with these problems they didnt gave me it back.
Not recommended!!!

If you purchase a product they will do everything in their power to keep the money. So if you have any grievances/don't want the product anymore they will refuse to refund you and all together stop communicating with you.

Just bought Tweetattackspro 4 for my twitter account management, it runs my twitter account good, it works with my tasks, it was complex at first, but their support is good, a decent tool.
