We baught Roland 710 from WHM, Thx to David Watson - for smooth sales and paperwork, but what comes after is nightmare.. Machine was delivered with missing parts, Robin Vauvelle is not responding - not taking phone, not replying to emails! AVOID bying from WHM
We purchased a Heidelberg Speedmaster SX 52-5+L (2012, serial GS001013) from them.
Before the purchase, sales manager David guaranteed that the press was fully functional, clean, and ready for production. He even sent videos and photos of the machine in perfect working condition.
After full payment and delivery we discovered:
the press was poorly packed, printing units not fixed to pallets,
the frame was covered with oil, the feeder shifted 700 mm and nearly fell,
control screen shattered,
electrical register adjustment not working,
side register handle broken,
most documentation missing,
spare rollers and parts carelessly packed, several items missing.
After sending a detailed complaint — complete silence from both David and Mr. Robin Vauvelle (company director).
We have been in the printing industry for over 20 years — this was the worst buying experience we have ever had.
Do not trust White Horse Machinery.
