I was charged twice for purchases I made on February 20th. They charged my Mastercard and two months later they charged my Visa for the exact same thing. And then when I had the charges reversed they locked my account and they want me to buy $185 worth of meat. To cover the reversed charges. But this is their fault. They charged me twice.

I’m gonna be honest about this game: it pushes you to spend money all time, mini games, missions, even the reward system is shit, it makes you believe you’re getting rewards all the time but if you pay attention you’ll see that the rewards you’re getting isn’t worth anything. Everything is about getting money out of you, even if you’re rich and have the money for it, is just not worth it, people you get attached to make it “nice” but they quit really fast. It is a pay to win game maybe not from the start but one you passed lvl 20 you gonna have to pay money, loads of money, if you want to stay relevant to the game.. by that time half or more than a 3 quarter of the the state(players) are gone. Just not worth it really. This games doesn’t last long so they’ll try try to squeeze every penny out of you!! Be warned!

They do not care about 'Minor Safety' or 'Human Rights'. They profit from a toxic environment and protect bullies. I have already escalated this to the Chinese Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) and Google Legal. Do not spend a penny on this company; they have no ethics and no respect for religions or children’s safety."

Scammers website .. mimics the real game website name . They received my BTC and confirmed . Then didnt receive the packs and they didnt reply to my emails !!! Be carefull people

I would give minus if it was possible. The game is somewhat ok, not what's On the adds tho. Very expensive, depending on the country you, could pay twice as much so that sucks if you play against people who pay way less for the same items. Customer service, an absolute disgrace. I was sent on a wilde goose chase for the past week trying to move an account from one Google account to an other. All I did was create half a dozen of new characters and I'm nowhere near from where I started. The support isn't there, they don't care pure amd simple unless you probably spend like 100k or more ... Don't get this game, it's not worth a penny! And don't get me started on the offers, a joke. I like the people from my state and alliance the the game and support, I hate with a passion. Even to delete the bloody thing is taking weeks. A sham....

I was muted for 5 days, without any warning. I did not get any proof of the "violations" nor the "alleged evidence" from customer support. The customer support chooses to sheild the Perpetrators and Bullies by hididng under the pretense of "Privacy".

SCAM! You build strong alliance and get to top three and respect NAP treaty then some korean clan from the bottom of all clans within 24 hours get stronger then you buildin your clan strong for many days or months become twice as strong and get you wiped of the map for no reason. If you mock them in chat you get perma banned from chat, so you cant warn other clans before they rob them.. It is a SCAM! People behind this game should get in to court and refund all money they stole.. Unfair and this is NOT A GAME! It is a SCAM.

Stay away from this game. It is not like other games of this kind. It is owned by some shady Korean company. Koreans will seem weak in your server then they get unrealistic boost and kill all clans.. It dont matter how much money you pay they will be unfairly stronger and crush your clan making everyone leave. It is a scam game where at the begining you get discoutns to make big armys, spend money get your clan to the top and within 24 hours a clan from Korea will become twice as strong as yours only to wipe you out and if you are stupid enough you gonna pay allot of money to save your clan.. SCAM!
