This price has near doubled in 12 months. and I’m yet to receive a vat receipt. 3 pallets bought.
Not fake account on trust pilot! These people rang me on Easter Sunday 2020. Asking I removed the last review and then they would honer the pre Easter 2020 price on future orders. However after removing the review no contact from them. This is a true review based upon my experience with this company. £6 a bag up £3 in 18months. I can add the photos later to this review! I’m sure the lady who rang ranting on Easter Sunday recalls the conversation.

3.15 pm 1/6/2021. Just had an irate female call my personal mobile phone. Shouting and swearing. How has this person acquired my number to call me and abuse me for my honest review? It would seem I’ve touched a nerve here given the abuse down the phone. I’ll be reviewing this company across all media. Disgusting behaviour. You were going to honour the original price but failed to reply to my messages. Now it’s hiked up again. Hence this honest review, I’ve still had no vat invoice to date.

great cement, great price, sloppy delivery timing and information about timing.

Only thing that lets the service down is that we never receive VAT invoices for purchases, even when chased.

I have only given you a 2 as you have failed to get back to me regarding the complaint about my last order having holes in the bags and one bag that I couldn't use.

I’ve not received my cement yet I’ve rung twice left msgs no reply it’s now been 8 days since I ordered on what is ment to be 3-5 day delivery you’ve already hiked the price up from £190 to £246 and I’m a regular customer 🤷🏼‍♂️

Great company service product, cement arrived in three days, the cement mixes great, and is strong so you can mix it weaker than general other cements, even the bags are good design no lumps in as normally found elsewhere, cant think of one bad thing about this company, hope it goes far it deserves to.

First time I’ve used product very good to use and workability down side was massive price increase £45 overnight your company really knows how to take advantage of current virus situation so I shall not be ordering from you again
