Wholesale Halloween Costumes Reviews 

I ordered Halloween masks for my kids on Oct 22 with the guarantee delivery date of Oct 29 it's now Nov 5 and still waiting You ruined Halloween 2021!!!

Didn't receive costume when stated. It said the 28th and I received costume on November 1st.

Costume looked worn and was damaged. Customer service took too long for a response and did not accept my return

Would not allow a return even though my item arrived the day last day of returns and I did not get home from work until later. WAs not able to return

Ordered an X-Wing helmet. When I opened the package I could immediately see it was broken. There were several cracks, scratched lens, torn padding. It looked used.

Great mask, super comfortable and great detail.

Order placed a week before Halloween still hasn't arrived. It's been nearly two weeks. I was told that the expediting shipping fee would be refunded but that has not occurred. The return policy is very strict so it appears I'm now out $75.

My order came so lately that we couldn't go to ours Halloween party
5 days after the delivery date

I ordered 2 items a costume expedited and a mask . Got confirmation emails that they were on there way by Oct 28th and Oct 30th
Received costume on November 2nd and never received the mask

Sadly, the costume never came. It was supposed to be delivered before Halloween and still has not come (5 days after the expected delivery date). We ended up having to scramble to find my daughter a different costume on Sunday.

We purchased some Halloween articles from this store. They came just in time! Thanks for that!
Unfortunately one of the lamps didn’t work. Because I needed it necessarily for Halloween I didn’t send it back, just fixed it my my own.
Everything else was ok, although the gravestones were much smaller than expected. The size was in the description, it was more my fault that I missed that info, but mentioning “mini” in the title would have helped.

The worst service EVER! I purposely paid for expedited shipping for my daughter's costume and I never even received it! I called customer service on day 4 after ordering and told them I never even received a shipped email confirmation but then "miraculously" I had a shipped email as soon as I told the rep I wanted to just cancel my order. Even after speaking to the rudest supervisor EVER! I STILL NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER! So dispute it is! NEVER WILL I ORDER FROM WHOLESALE COSTUME AND NO RECOMMENDATIONS other than DONT DO IT!

Pos company. Still no costume even after paying fees for rush delivery with guaranteed arrival date! Resulted in a very sad & unhappy child.

My costume didn't arrive on time (shipping took a week even I chose expedite shipping) and I tried to contact customer service but no one response when it says "Emails will be answered in less than 24 hours".

I had a great experience! With customer service, with the quality of the items I got And with the return that they didn't have to do. It was days after they return period ended And my daughter had decided she wanted a different item. They still did a full refund. Thank you!

My Halloween costume items were not delivered until Nov 1, causing me to not be able to celebrate on Oct 31, Halloween. Delivery was botched up, even though as late as Thursday, Oct 28, your call center representative said that delivery was certain to be on Friday Oct 29 or if not was guaranteed to be made first thing on Saturday Oct 30 by DHL. But your company used two delivery agents, DHL and USPS which any good businessman would know is a fatal mistake. The items were shipped on Oct 25 Monday and I paid extra for "expedited" delivery. I was close to making this dismal performance a "One"star
