Brilliant Experience!
Was really worried after seeing all the terrible reviews but decided to risk it. Bought a voucher off Wowcher & redeemed it at Who Needs Shops. Delivery was given for Friday 10 March - it actually arrived on Saturday 4 March. Excellent product, well made, exactly as described - can't understand why it was so discounted. 2nd time I've taken a risk and 2nd time I haven't been disappointed. I'm sorry for those who had a bad experience but I would definitely shop from them again.
Fraud committed from this company
Avoid!!! Avoid bought a bike rack via woucher from this company, who needs shops. I used my visa debit card. Following receiving my goods I got a text from my bank saying my card was suspected being used in a fraudulent manner.
It certainly had been. It was definitely WHO NEEDS SHOPS, as I very rarely buy over the Internet I use cash.
Do not ever purchase anything from these fraudsters
Still waiting for Goods after 6 months with no communication !!
I purchased a garden Cold Frame on the Wowcher website and was advised it was being sold by "whoneedsshops".
Despite providing the wowcher voucher details followed up by numerous emails, I have yet to receive an acknowledgement let alone the goods!!
This company needs investigating by the Trading Standards people.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! I purchased a kettlebell through wowcher and it was being sold through this company. I never received the kettlebell. I contacted the company and they replied saying it was lost in delivery and they would issue me with a refund. This was 2 months ago now and still no refund!!! Every time I contact them I get an automated response saying they have issued the refund on their side and I must contact wowcher to receive it. Wowcher say the refund is wholly down to the seller so this is not true. I have contacted them 5 times now for a refund and I get the same response every time! I have no idea now what to do. I’m FURIOUS with this company. DO NOT BUY!
If I could rate 0 stars I would
If I could rate 0 stars I would. The product (a trampoline) was faulty. A courier collected it again only after the 3rd party I bought it through (Living Social) intervened, And I’m still waiting for any proper reply and no refund. Stay well clear of this company.
Bought the gazebo
Bought the gazebo. Absolute piece of junk. Broke from the first wind. Worst quality I have seen. Absolute waste of £40.
Contacted them to let them know vi e mail. Never had a response.
Doesn’t even deserve a star

Ordered with them through Wowcher .... order never arrived.... never heard back from them after numerous emails requesting a refund .... they still have my money and I have no product
They should be banned from selling on Wowcher or anywhere
I have found the products supplied via…Go straight to the supplier
I have found the products supplied via this group, for Wowcher, to be in good order.
Yes packaging is resealed, so items likely are 'returns', but given the amazing prices I have no qualms
I had no joy getting through to the live chat agent at 'whoneedsshops' regarding one faulty item, namely the spray bottle on a window vac - so I contacted the supplier Oypla.co, who gave me superb friendly service and advice on how to arrange a return, so's a replacement could be deliverd.
I would advise anyone to go directly to the supplier of the product, as their customer relations are more important to them, I think, rather than the 'agent/disributor'

I purchased outside chairs from them
I purchased outside chairs from them, the chairs were out for 3 months in summer 18 and taken in and stored in walk in wardrobe in my bedroom. I took them back out on my decking 2019 and within a week all the black paint flakes off them and they became weak and dangerous. I contacted them and no refund because they are out of guarantee. They said I didnt contact them until October 2019 just after guarantee ran out. I contacted them when the chairs corroded. Literally I have had about 5 months out of these chairs DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE A CON

Box came battered and looking like a 5 year old had sellotaped it together. Looked like it was someone elses return
AVOID!
AVOID!! On assembling one of their badly made products with some difficulty, I discovered one of the feet parts was broken---they REFUSED to send a replacement--the customer service was like talking to a machine---wanted me to take it apart and return the whole thing. I refused to waste more of my time and they stopped answering emails!!
Worst company ever...avoid!
One piece of advice I can give is never use this company. They sell dangerous products and do not care if it could cause harm to your children. The customer service is terrible and I wouldn't even trust them to clean my toilet. Trading standards are being informed about misleading and misselling of their items and the fact they are not fit for purpose. This company needs to be shut down, before someone gets seriously hurt. Do not give them any money and hopefully it will happen.
Avoid like the plaque .
Avoid like the plaque purchased a trampoline via woucher net split within two days e mailed via their contact info on five occasions with absolutely zero response . Like others wish I had seen these reviews prior...avoid avoid avoid...
Alarmingly poor customer service
Alarmingly poor customer service. Goods are not quality inspected or properly prepared before they are dispatched
not even worth a star....avoid who needs shops
I wish I had seen these reviews months ago. I too bought a 2kw patio heater through wowcher, but unlike the others here, I have had a really good response from them, but i digress, the box was fine when it was delivered but the heater just didn't work at all.. so i contacted them through wowcher as your meant to, got the packaging email etc. got it all sorted but decided to use my favourite company Hermes to return it. it was packed up and picked up from the house, I paid extra for it to be tracked and signed.. I still hadn't heard from them after a week so I tried emailing again, i even tried their website and contacted them using the form on their site..I eventually contacted wowcher's online chat and they were so good. they contacted the company on my behalf and I finally thought I would get somewhere, low and behold I get a response saying they haven't received it yet... and even after replying with evidence of it being sent, tracked and even the signature they still keep replying with the same ridiculous email.... it's time to take this further.. I wil be contacting trading standards and anyone else who will listen.. please please please AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!! not only are they unscrupulous by the looks of it, they clearly have no regards for their customers and have no sense of shame.
A dissatisfied customer
I bought a so called "luxury leather office chair" via a "WOWCHER" voucher. After 6 months the SO CALLED LEATHER started peeling off!! I have emailed WHO NEEDS SHOPS several times but have had no response. Having just read the reviews I am no longer expecting one!!!
I had the most frustrating experience with Wowcher to begin with trying to redeem the voucher. I should have expected this scenario.
I hope that whoever uses "WHO NEEDS SHOPS" looks at the reviews first and avoids them like the plague. They don't deserve to keep trading. The very fact that "WHO NEEDS SHOPS" doesn't reply to emails speaks volumes. Why do "WOWCHER" continue to use this company when they know that the goods that they are selling are to say the least SUBSTANDARD?!!!
"WHO NEEDS SHYSTERS"!!!!!!
STAY AWAY!!!
Bought a kids trampoline, through Wowcher, and within 2 weeks after putting it up the straps that hold the safety net, started pinning off. As a result the trampoline was completely unsafe to be used by my 4 year old, who had only been on it a couple of times by that point.
Tried contacting the retailer 3 times, as Wowcher clearly state they have no liability over faulty items, through their online messaging servic in order to get a refund but received no response. Eventually I had to involve the Trading standards UK, who were not hopeful at all about the outcome.
There is no phone number, no email address, and no postal address, which clearly suggest that they are hiding. Please AVOID buying anything from this retailer, who are selling dangerous toys fro our children and do not take any responsibility.
You should be ashamed, whoever you are, and you should not be allowed to trade and con more people!
I bought a toddler play table for sand…
I bought a toddler play table for sand / water . When it came it was suitable for a Barbie sized doll, not a toddler. Tried to contact Wowcher...... impossible.Sent a message to WNS.......no reply.I vowed never to buy from Wowcher again because of a previous issue with them regarding customer service. This really is the last!!
Will donate this to charity they were will be lucky to get 50p for it.
TERRIBLE
Ordered through wowcher an item in June 2018, which never arrived. Chased wowcher for months who just kept emailing WNS - no follow up by wowcher when they didn't respond.
Eventually wowcher said as it has been three months since the purchase I had to go direct to the supplier.
In january I went direct to WNS and after numerous emails and stupid responses from them, they have also claimed 3 months is how long they have to chase their courier so cannot investigate it, so can do nothing!
Will continue to pursue...
