Whoop has given me useful insights…

Whoop has given me useful insights about my health and fitness. I have learned things I didn’t know about my body and I was able to have clear metrics on my health. The datas that it provides me with have leaded me to a healthier lifestyle. I can now focus on micro changes that impact my energy levels, instead of trying random things based on guessing.

I am always happy to brag around my tracker with family and friends.

Whoop Saved My Life

I’ve been a member since 2018 and I can’t imagine not having it. Once my baseline was established, I was able to make changes to my daily routine that have improved my overall health. Two years ago it saved my life when it identified an irregular heart beat which turned out to be arterial flutter. I wear it all the time and highly recommend it to anyone who wants to stay informed about their body.

I've used WHOOP for many years

I've used WHOOP for many years. It has helped me to navigate through different seasons of life and to understand how to set better goals for myself. I am not a type-A person, so goal-setting is not a natural instinct for me. With WHOOP, the goals are informed and broken into small stages. The coach feature is extremely helpful day to day, as there are often variables to the big goals. The coach helps right-size the small changes so that the big goals aren't derailed.

I have to leave this to warn others… scam business practices, doesnt work as advertised

i have to leave this to warn others about whoop.

Their business practices are so scammy I wish I could report them further. they dont honor their 30day return window, they have no human customer support, and they generally want to trap you into services, not get happy customers.

on the product side, there are many falsely advetised features, features than dont work, and general bad data. the sleep tracker and heart rate tracker work as stand alone data gathering tools, but you can find that in any product, and all the dashboards and insights are absolute garbage.

Love this wearable

Love this wearable. I used Fitbit and Apple Watch in the past, but this is the best data I could have asked for. Very comfortable and long battery life.

Avoid. Overhyped and overpriced.

Tried every accessory and it is still uncomfortable. The tracking is inaccurate; says I’m sleeping when I’m not and also tells me I’m in slow wave sleep when I’m actually objectively awake. Customer service are polite but unhelpful and they are strict on their refunds.

Overall: Overpriced, overhyped and inaccurate. Save money and go to bed early, sleep when you’re tired, don’t drink caffeine late, don’t eat late and avoid alcohol. Then get a polar heart rate strap and save money for the same insights…

Perfect health & fitness companion

I’ve been using my WHOOP for almost 3 years now and just love it. I’m not a sportsperson - just someone who likes to keep fit and healthy - and WHOOP helps me keep track of my progress. I’ve found WHOOP’s customer service to be excellent as well. I’d recommend WHOOP to anyone who prioritises their health and fitness and is data driven.
