I reaached out to the company looking for advise about CBD products. Iv recently tried the CBD gummies and I must say apon feeling skeptical at first I was reassurred by
customer services that they taste incrediable and will help with dealing with pain and help me to relax. I am beyond happy iv given them ago and would highly recommended anyone thatsneeding that extra help in relaxing or dealing with pain to give these a try with a bonus, it being a sweet treat too !

I was struggling to find a device in which I could seperate/detach the battery from the device for my upcoming travels. I hadn't quite found what I was after in my local stores. Got the 2000mg watermelon gummies from a local shop and loved them so much have now ordered the stronger 6000mg, a CBD vape pen and a natural oil. These are the best CBD gummies I have tried after comparing quite a few. Great value as well.

Theres a lot of issues that are very annoying to me. I am addressing the least concerns first. Firstly on the delivery policy on bottom of the website it suggests £3.75 or around that price for standard delivery and £5.50 for express.. however i got no option and was quoted standard for £5.50 i also ordered last Friday and it came next week Thursday. Also in their FAQ it says you can contact via telephone but no telephone number on contact us page. LASTLY.. i ordered a 2000mg FULL SPECTRUM Hash Berg ice, i got BROAD SPECTRUM instead.. i have seen videos and other images and no where does it says broad spectrum like it does with mine. I have already sent an email but no response.. leaving this as a poor review til something can be sorted out then will update review, because despite the issues i still believe this company is a good company but could have double checked a few things. My order no1162 if you're double checking. I emailed you a image of the order. If the item is actually broad spectrum then this is misleading. Thank you.

They have since emailed back and confirmed that the manufacturing team produced incorrect lables, recieved a £2 refund for the troubles which is fine. I wish things were more clearer and communication was better also work on fixing the delivery prices? Thanks

They have since reached out again and apologised they also offered me something that i was satisfied with and took their time out to understand and value me as a customer. Will definitely be coming back again despite the initial service.

I absolutely love this store, it’s become my life saver! I am terminally ill and suffer from major issues as a result, chronic pain, nausea and anxiety being just a few. I started using the oils a while ago and have found those really helpful. Recently I tried the gummies thinking it might give me a bit more control as to the quantity I was using - I was sceptical at first firstly as they have a sugar coating which I thought meant they would taste fizzy - I can assure you they don’t, but secondly I wasn’t sure they would act as quickly as the oils. I have been proven wrong on both counts and now consider being able to mix and match which products I am using more valuable than just the one option I was previously using. Delivery is super quick and everything is always really well packaged. Highly recommend this store, they are extremely knowledgeable about their products and are always happy to help.

Why so cbd has literally changed my life I no longer feel anxious if I do its a manageable level and I longer avoid social situations! Highly recommend for anyone with anxiety!
