Misleading Information and Broken Promises
I was assured that the product was available in another warehouse and would be shipped the following week. After placing the order, communication became inconsistent, and my inquiries often went unanswered.
Following my initial review, the company contacted me and promised shipment within three days. But they failed to ship the product.
The repeated delays, lack of transparency, and unfulfilled promises have been frustrating. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this seller and advise potential customers to proceed with caution.

By the time we received your cancellation request, the goods had already been prepared, packed, and were ready to be handed over to the courier with the day’s outgoing shipments.
Nevertheless, we made a final attempt to meet your request and managed to place the package on hold before it was handed over to the courier.
Please understand that we always do our best to support our customers whenever possible. However, once an order reaches an advanced stage of processing, our options become limited and we must follow the applicable cancellation procedure.
We understand your urgency and regret that the timing did not meet your needs. For future requests, we kindly recommend asking for a quote in advance, so that we can confirm lead times, and the best possible conditions before the order is placed.

An item, quoted as New, was delivered to us with the manufacturer's box seal label broken, barcodes scratched out and the part number hand written.
When the issue was raised with WiAutomation they tried to suggest that the damage was caused by some inspection during shipping.
However, the shipment had not been opened or interfered with in any way during transit.
The item is clearly not new, is not in suitable condition for resale, and WiAutomation should be embarrassed to have supplied it.
We are still waiting on a resolution.
