Really bad experience on my order
Really bad experience on my order, all materials were shown available immediately on the Web Page, yet they didnt wanted to send immediately due to delivery policies.... The guy that attended my order simply didnt care and 15 days later he dare to deliver my order. I will never buy again here.

The order was placed following the approval of a quotation in which the lead times were clearly specified in advance. The goods were not already available at the Swiss hub from which they were shipped, as they required transfer; this was already indicated during the quotation phase.
That said, we thank you for sharing your experience, as it allows us to continuously improve.

I placed an order
I placed an order, this was the second order place the first one there was no issue and delivered within the time specified. The second order placed stated the products were in stock. I then also reached out to find the shipping timeframe for this order specifically as i needed the parts to complete a machine for a customer and we were on a deadline. I was told 2 weeks. I placed the order. did not receive in the timeframe provided. I reached out to customer service and was told that there was a delay from the supplier, Which did not make sense since on the site it stated in stock. we paid for this March 19 we received the parts April 30. I think if you do not actually have the product in stock in your warehouse/distribution then it should state that the part is not in stock that way the customer can make an informed decision. This seems like an easy fix.
