I had been putting off buying new frames for years as I always found it difficult to see what they looked like and had been fobbed off in the past with unhelpful advice so I stuck with what I had, changing prescription as necessary. Lisa was incredibly positive and rejected lots of frames until ‘we’ got the right one. Thank you!

After struggling with my right eye for a few weeks, l felt my prescription had changed. I booked in for an earlier eye test, l wasn't due for another few months.
Lisa picked me out a petite frame, they were perfect, only being 5 foot tall l couldn't have got a better fit. The glasses arrived in just over a week. So pleased, as l was suffering with constant headaches with my previous prescription.
The staff really do care, what you look like & checking the fit is correct.

After going to Specsavers for years I called into Wickersley the staff were so helpful and listened to what I wanted and not just out to sell like Specsavers.. I had my eyes tested fantastic service and the ladies then helped me pick a pair of glassers. I would recommend Wickersley and all the professional friendly staff within. Go on give it a try I am sure you won’t go anywhere else.

Absolutely brilliant opticians . Exceptional personal skills as well as being very professional . Had my eyes tested thoroughly was able to see my scans etc with all the nasty bits pointed out before and after when clear . Great advice when choosing and fitting my glasses . Thankyou & can’t wait for the Xmas party !!

After lots of issues at Boots I came to wickersley with my 6 year old to get some new glasses to fit her. The staff were a breath of fresh air, they could not have been more helpful. They were so lovely and friendly. They spent time with us helping choose the right frame to fit my little girl, giving advice about what was best and they were clearly very knowledgeable. They could not have done more to help and we were very grateful. New glasses arrived very quickly and we are very pleased with them. Excellent service and we will be sticking with them from now on and recommending to others.

When my daughter's glasses got destroyed by our pup, Wickersley Eye Clinic came to the rescue. All members of staff were so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much, and an hour later, my daughter walked out with a new pair of glasses and a big smile on her face! Thank you so much for sorting us out so quickly. We will be back

The most detailed eye examination we have had as a family. My son was made very comfortable throughout and I was impressed with the friendly and professional team.
