This company is the best! This was our second order from them - much smaller than our first & they took every bit as much care with us this time. Very personal service, double check your order to be certain of accuracy & super pleasant people. They also contract with excellent delivery people … we had to adjust our delivery location at the last minute due to timing & the delivery driver was incredibly helpful & gracious!

My order went very well, my communication went very well. The only problem was the delivery. I was told the delivery was taking place within a few days and would hear from the delivery team. Agter returning home from errands, I found my wicker sofa on my driveway in the rain. Because there was no damage, I said nothing. I did not receive a call because the phone number was wrong on the delivery sheet.

Great company to work with! Andrea called me to discuss shipping times in order to have furniture and cushions arrive around the same time. Products were well packed and delivered with care. I like the plant stand I selected. My grandmother had one that is similar. I always liked that one so when I came across yours I had to buy it. It did not disappoint. My plant looks lovely in it. I chose the honey colored one.

Customer service was very good. It was very to order what I wanted and the person was helpful to me in selecting my order. Although I had to wait a few weeks for the furniture, it was delivered as scheduled.
The assembly was easy and the quality seems to be great. We are enjoying our porch furniture.

I realized my old cushions were looking really bad, and the summer was just beginning! I indulged in new cushions for the loveseat, two rockers and one stationary chair and the whole porch looked instantly great! My order was processed promptly, I can't be happier with my experiences with your company, again and again. The furniture itself is holding up well, in spite of "grand dog" puppy chews! I think the loveseat is at least ten years old.

The furniture is beautiful. It does take a long time for them to deliver it to you but they are upfront about it. I would give them 5 stars but they delivered the wrong colored item and I had to wait several weeks to receive a replacement but it did indeed come. They are an honest and trustworthy company and their furniture is top of line.

Ordering was easy. They immediately send an order number email. Then another email with delivery date, which was about 6 weeks later. However, to my surprise it came one week earlier. The driver was very helpful and allowed me to check out the loveseat before leaving, it was packed well and just like the picture showed. One reason I ordered from wicker warehouse is because of the color choice of the cushions. Thick nice cushions. Love the look! Well made! Would order from Wicker warehouse again.
