Terrible customer service, I would advise to avoid at all costs. I ordered in April and over two months later am still waiting on delivery or a delivery date. I have contacted customer service on numerous occasions both by phone and email. I have received conflicting information in relation to the status of my order, with promises to follow up not upheld. They don’t appear to have an effective way to track orders and customer service do not seem interested in following up or trying to resolve the issue associated with lack of delivery.

Simple and easy to use with a great selection of items. Free delivery is an added bonus too.

I too have been waiting for my swing set which I ordered on 14 May. I have been onto the company by email because I was told it had left their warehouse on the 10th June. I was also told I would get a phone call to arrange the delivery. I don't understand how a big company like this has no tracking number. Even small items from China can be traced. I am getting a bit nervous as I have paid 800euro upfront and still nothing to show for it.

Very user friendly website and great offers, already looking to make my next purchase. Can't wait for delivery of items, great options great website.

Initially there was a longer than stated wait and i received the wrong item and it was damaged. I was concerned when the hotline number appeared not to function but soon i got a reply to my email and they had the wrong one collected a new one delivered and i received a partial refund for the inconvenience caused. The lady dealing with the issue was very prompt and nice and i am very happy with the end result. You do have to drill all the holes yourself i had expected it to have abit more prepared but once you get into it it isnt too bad 😊 overall very happy

Disgraceful service. I was told 3/4 weeks delivery. Waited 8 weeks. Useless on the phone. Like talking to a robot just keep telling you it’s on the way. Never got the toddler baby swing with the climbing frame after waiting all that time. Useless I hope they get shut down

Update: I received a response from Wickey the day after posting my review here, yet my other emails were not acknowledged at the time. My order has apparently reached Ireland more than two weeks ago, yet they were unable to advise any further. I was told I would be contacted when an update is available. Four days later and I am still waiting for that update. You should not have to chase a company like this, when they have already taken the full balance. I am so disheartened and my daughter is devastated when I keep saying 'maybe this week.' There are so many more reputable companies who would be so glad of new customers after this tough time for businesses, I wouldn't recommend Wickey to anyone.

I would love to give a higher rating but I have no product to rate. I ordered a swing set three weeks before my daughter's birthday, ordered on April 8. The balance was taken and by April 22, I emailed for a status update. I was told it was being made (yet it is to be assembled fully on arrival) and I would be updated once shipped. On May 3, I received an update to say my order had been shipped and I would shortly hear from the shipping company.
I have heard nothing despite querying with Wickey twice on May 19 and May 26. Neither of these emails have been responded to or acknowledged.
It was an order for almost 500 euro and I have nothing to show for, yet the balance was deducted.
I have seen many reviews which advise that some parts were missing on delivery and I can't possibly face the possibility that if this finally does arrive that it will be without all the necessary parts.

Update 7th/6: Finally arrived and from a quality perspective it is very good, you'd want to be a fairly proficient DIYer to assemble it. Unfortunately there was 2 pieces of wood missing, 4 bolts (i just bought them in local hardware store) and there was damage to the slide which probably happened in transit so cant blame wickey for that (still want it replaced obviously). Mailed them on Friday and they are sending the items out to me. (didnt give a lead time though)

Overall my advise to anyone ordering from Wickey is the product is very good but expect at least 2 months for delivery (with no tracking information provided once its shipped) and don't expect much from a customer service perspective if contacting via online forms or email, better off ringing them as the guys in support are good once you talk to them but obviously understaffed. They'd be better off just setting lead time expectations from the outset, id be much happier knowing how long i have to wait, theyd also have a lot less emails and calls from customers chasing the items .

Ordered a sandpit and received a package full of pieces of timber and screws. The assembly instructions are poor and there are no pre drilled holes etc. It would be just as easy and less expensive to go down to your local DIY store and purchase timber and screws and build your own sandpit. The only added benefit that the Wickey's product has is the timber is cut for you! The sandpit does not come with a base which is not clear from the pictures on the website.

We purchased River run royal XXL with the surf swing extension as I mentioned in a review before we did find it cheaper on wickeys but without the surf swing extension being available but fatmoose have since rectified this by giving a 5% refund to make up the price difference. We are delighted with the product itself although the wood could maybe do with a small bit of sanding at the ends to soften the edges & the instructions aren't very clear as the parts are not numbered. It is definitely best if you sperate the wood straight away in to matching pieces as this saves a lot of time with assembly. Nevertheless my son loves it & has gotten a lot of enjoyment from it. It took three lads a day to put together which wasn't so bad

The process of purchasing was very straightforward and navigating the website was really easy. Really looking forward to when it arrives!

So much choice it was hard to decide on which frame. So excited to surprise our three kids with this when it arrives.
