I've auditioned several bike trailers, and I've always eyed WIKE as something that would be this major upgrade in quality, mainly because they are so expensive. It's just not so. There are quality issues with this trailer. The floor is a plexiglass-like, thin sort of disk that is literally places loose on the fabric. There is no support for the floor and I feel like my child is going to step right through it. The wheels did not come blown up, so I am still trying to find the right pump to inflate them. The website says it can support up to 100 lbs, but my one 65 lb child makes the whole trailer feel like it's going to collapse under the weight. The stroller features are wonky. you have to twist knobs about 1000 times to adjust the push bar height. It is not easy at all to adjust the height. I feel like the parking brake is breaking the bike. You have to rock and jerk the trailer to get it to lock for parking. I had to call customer service because I didn't think it was working correctly, but they said that's just the way it is and you have to aggressively rock it to get it to lock. Really? You guys couldn't just take existing stroller break technology and give this thing a smooth parking break? The ample height for a taller child is literally this thing's only redeeming quality. If your children aren't tall, there's no reason you can't get the same (if not better) quality with a less expensive brand.

Solid products, good price, quick delivery! I'm going on two years with my wike trailer, have hauled all manner of things with it.

I had to go to Home Hardware and buy 4 bolts, as the other ones you sent me were too short.

Instructions are not the greatest and what I received does not resemble the quick connect that I could find online. This doesn't work well as IS with my Mountain Bike and Kayak. The pole needs to be just a tad longer. Managed to make it work by looping the rope at the end of the stick under the Bow of the kayak, to hold it up off the tire and then using a carabiner on the handle of the kayak attached to a knot tied through the plastic part on the stick. We made it work.

I have used the Wike trailer to pull my 17’ kayak down a few roads to an old boat launch accessible by paved path. I did not buy the bicycle add-on and simply walked. Once balanced, this makes the walk a breeze! It is so much easier than even 2 people walking the kayak without it.

The trailer is intended for level ground. My only issue came from trying to pull it up an incline, over a bump 2-4” high.

Fast shipping, easy assembly, and light-weight yet durable trailer! Have yet to put it to the test with gear and more rugged terrain, but it looks and feels like it's up to the task.

I am very impressed by Wike. Our daughter is special needs and it was time to upgrade her bike trailer due to her growing out of her old one. After ordering , Wike contacted me to confirm her size and if trailer was going to be a good fit for her.
There are very little options for equipment for special needs adults and children . Wike has filled a void with their well made special needs trailers.
