Absurd import fees

I ordered the OneStock Magnetic with the premium strap to go to London. The site said free shipping and had no clear mention about import fees and such. I ended up getting charged £43.14 import fees and £14.35 extra for the delivery, on top of the £133.19 for the product itself - oh the checkout it advertised free delivery for my order too. This is absurdly expensive! The product itself looks like it’s a great product, but these costs are just too much to ignore! They should say this clearly and deal with it professionally.
