Morphee did nothing for my sleep after 14 nights no contact past that for a week of emails. Finally they replied to my emails. Now returned Morphee under their 40 Night Trial, it has been delivered still no refund. now waiting on my Bank to sort this I hope as there are very expensive for what they are. DON'T BUY A MORPHEE FOR SLEEP IAD, THEY ARE CRAP! Even worse is that after they sent my Refund they sneaked in a recurring payments on my Bank Account. Very nasty company Whtiestep aka morphee.co.uk

Do not buy from this company, I haven’t received my orders, have emailed numerous times and haven’t had the decency of a reply.
It feels like a scam, due to complete lack of response from them and you can’t phone a customer service department only email, which is pointless when they do not answer your emails.

PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE THOSE ITEMS. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. YOU DO RECEIVE THE ITEMS BUT THEY POOR QUALITY AND NOT WORKING WITHIN A SHORT TIME. I TRIED TO CONTACT WITH THEM AND THEY IGNORING ALL THE EMAILS. THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER.
ALSO THEY NOT PUBLISHING BAD REVIEW ON THEIR WEBSITE. I LEFT MINE AND NONE OF THEM ARE PUBLISHED. BE AWARE. I WISH I WAS SEEING THOSE REVIEWS HERE BEFORE....I LOST SO MUCH MONEY

Despite numerous emails asking how to return my morphee, the company has not gotten back to me.
There is no phone number on the site so I can't contact them any other way.
It's very frustrating.

Think this sleep Aid is a bit overrated in reviews. No Volume indicator, some of the sounds/music are rather quiet. New customer had mine 24 hours, not impressed. The Guided Meditations are only guided for the first couple on minutes. a White Noise box is as good or better for less money.
