Spoke to Lilly over the phone, to which she ensured to get it sorted ASAP.
Lilly held up her end of the deal and had it fixed within 10 mins.
The fault was related to a new payment system the company had taken on, resulting in my account getting muddled up.

Paid for WiFi from Monday night through to Friday and had the worst connection. Got in touch with Wifinity on Wednesday and spoke to Lily who was really professional and really helped by resetting everything for us and sending instructions just in case it didn’t work. Thankfully we are back on the WiFi for now and able to get in touch with family while on holiday!

We spoke to Bilal on the phone and he was absolutely amazing. I had a problem connecting the WiFi on my tv and he managed to fix the problem in about 5 minutes.

WiFi was down due to a power outage. Tried to fix it myself with some basic knowledge of CMD.exe but to no avail.
Called up Wifinity and Lily fixed the issue within seconds after listening to me ramble on for a couple of minutes!

This wifi is useless. Paying £33 every month but it still goes off between games. And you need to log in to reconnect again but still fails to reconnect. Not reccommended.

I had a really great experience with James from customer services. He was super helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. He took the time to explain things clearly and made sure I understood everything without feeling rushed.
Although my issue hasn’t been fully resolved yet, he’s been very proactive and genuinely keen to figure out what’s going on and take the right steps to sort it. You can tell he actually cares about helping, which makes a big difference.
