Sophie, you are a star . Sophie helped me with the WiFi connection issue very easily and professionally. My WiFi is connected to my laptop and other phone, but the phone which I use daily for work isn’t connected to the WiFi and that makes me really annoying.Sophie helped me from this trouble , even I am worried she handled it very politely and gently.
