Called a lady named katie to cancel my subscription as I was going away for a while she was very helpful. I decided to pause my subscription after she informed me that was an option.

Honestly can’t even put into words how bad this company is .
1. Took me ages to have technical talk to me about what was going on etc .
2. They don’t reply to my emails or phone calls.
3. I’m being told completely different things
4. After leaving review on google I was left a comment by there customer service manager who left on the comment back an invalid email address .
5. I’ve now had an email saying an engineer attended site 2 days ago and the issue is resolved. I’ve tested my connection and the issue is 10x worse than it was before . No contact or anything to tell me that an engineer was coming to site either .
Just horrendous . Ripping military of and taking there money for a service that does not work.

It's annoying that the only way to cancel a subscription is via phone but you can sign up in seconds online without speaking to anyone and the wait time on hold is tactical.
However when speaking with someone on the phone the experience was delightful and professional. Andrea was nothing but helpful and polite throughout, thank you!

Lady on the phone was jovial helpful and perfectly resolved my issue. Should have asked her name so I could put it in. Chatted about my games fallout 4 Skyrim and God of war which she said I needed to get on ASAP and fixed my MAC address problem. Hopefully that can identify her to her team and management etc.
