I had an issue with my TV not connecting to the internet I spoke to Karima after a few checks we were able to get me up and running. Huge thanks to Karima, I had previously tried all weekend to sort the issue out. Thanks again.

Wifinity Parkdean is a nightmare to work regularly on my chrome book. This is the second year I have used this and I've only bought one month's time. I'm going to find a better solution, as once the park has more customers the bandwidth can be patchy.
I'm not going to add anything else because it's a waste of my time. I had a couple of years trying to get installed, only to have a very poor product.

I had tried to sign up myself as I am quite tech savvy but the first part of the instruction didn’t work. It seems I am

The internet went down for the whole block, I immediately got on the support line and was happily greeted by Ellie C, she spoke directly to the engineers on site and had them out in less than 24 hours to resolve this issue.
She even went as far as to do a follow up call to inform me she had made this a specific case so that if other were suffering with the same issue (Which the whole block was) to tell them that she had made a case and to use her name and check the technician chat that they share to save others of having to raise this individually.
I’d personally like to thank Ellie, the team and the engineers for all their hard work to get us all back online in less than 24hours.
