Did not get what I ordered. I could have paid $5 at the most with the crap I received. They will not respond anymore to my emails. Said I would get a full refund and that was now 3 months ago. I ordered them 7 months ago. CRAP STORE!!!!!!!

bought the for wigs for $50 special from wig area.com. These are not at all what was shown and they admitted that their product is slightly different than the one in the picture. Which is miles apart from the one in the picture these are cheap and half the hair came out when I pulled it out of the bag they are in no way shape or form what is pictured and when I asked for a refund they offered me 5% and I could keep the wigs nope not going to happen then they offered me 10% and I can keep the Wicks I told them I would not wear these wigs and I want my full money back so now I have to ship them back to China or wherever they came from to try to get my money back I don't know what the shipping is going to be but it angers me that they can sell a product that is not anything like the picture and expect people to keep them they are the cheapest crappiest fake hair crap you have ever seen don't order from there you won't be happy unless you want this for a doll or a Halloween costume if you are a cancer survivor please don't waste your money that was the mistake that I made thinking that I would have more than one wig to wear until my hair grew out these are not wearable they are complete pieces of crap I've seen Halloween wigs that were nicer looking and better hair. Don't waste your money

These people sold me garbage products. The items I thought I was buying was not at all what I was sent. The staright up sent me garbage that looked nothing like what I paid for. Then they said they would issue me a refund if I mailed their crap back but I would have to send it back to china and pay for the shipping. Such crap. Shipping to China is around $114 bucks. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

Total and complete scam. I waited for months for these wigs, and when I finally got tired of waiting I emailed them for a refund. All I got was a passive aggressive screen shot of the shipping details. I got my wigs today and of course they're all thin as hell, falling apart, fake, and not anything like I ordered. Ridiculous scam from china.

I would rate company negative 10 , ordered April 30th (4 wigs ) it’s June still not received , can’t get intouch with anyone , and no refunds!!!!! Where is my money

I ordered 4 different types of wigs for $49 from this place I spent $66 on these wigs. I’m just now getting my wigs and it’s nothing like what I bought I wish I can get my money back for this but I know I can’t. I’ve learned my lesson check the reviews and call ahead to know if it’s real. I hope this doesn’t happens to no one else take it from me don’t it. It’s a scam.

would give them a -1 if I could. They are operating under a number of different names, and all are a total scam. I am open for a class action suite as well. Let's hunt them down. I am working on revoking their business license and notifying all major credit cards and PayPal and Venmo not to allow payment to them.
Anybody else want to go after them?

The biggest scam in life itself. I can show pictures and proof! I ordered the 4 wigs for 49.99 and boy I'll tell ya.... They were not anywhere near what I ordered. They didn't didn't respond when I asked for a refund. They are full of s*** and we need to open up a class action lawsuit against this company!! They will be taken down! I have pictures of what I ordered and pictures of the bull s*** that they sent. It was not even the same colors or type of wig!! They are NOT even lace fronts. They are some cheap ass Party City Costume looking wigs!

I was excited as it was my first time purchasing wigs, I bought “lace frontal wigs” from this online shop and the images presented were of a certain quality. I paid £57 in total and the quality was absolutely far from what was advertised and there are many others like me that fell for this scam. It needs to stop.
Why must an innocent consumer fall prey to and suffer from deceptive advertising practices. As consumers, we do not want to be misled by the false advertising of a product or service. There are laws in place at the state and federal level to protect consumers from false and misleading advertising claims, and there are penalties in place for those who violate the law.
Merchants have an obligation to their customers to give true and accurate descriptions of products. You consider the information in an advertisement in making a decision about whether or not to buy a product. You have the right to know the truth about the product on which you are spending your hard-earned money. It is not fair that we were duped into purchasing a rubbish product from a deceptive manufacturer’s lies.
The forms of false advertisement here are the misleading images on your website and the misleading labelling and description of the wigs as well as the quality of said product.

What’s done has been done, it’s fine now, many of us that have been scammed can use this as a learning point to never make the same mistake again as well as warn other potential customers.

I ordered 4 different wigs got 4 of the same they was not good quality very poor I would say they are see though and the fringe is inside at the back they are unusable they asked to send it back even though I told them I can’t get to the post office as they are closed then I was told that I am not getting a refund

I ordered a total of 4 wigs, I requested a refund within 30 mins of placing the order because I just had a bad gut feeling that I made a mistake. No response from this company! I then requested a refund through PayPal and got denied. I finally received them today and all 4 look nothing like what was pictured. Poor quality, color does not match and their shedding. Total waste of money! These people are scammers!

All my wigs was ment to be extra thick but they were thin... all my wigs were ment to be at least 24 inches but NO one was short.. I didn't order a blonde straight wig but I received one instead of a wavy brown one. I cant believe how cheap and tacky they are!! They are ment to be 100% human hair but there not!! They are synthetic. Nobody is replying to emails.. scam, fake avoid!!!!

I have ordered some wig on this site since 3rd march still haven't received any and on checking my tracking no. It said it was expired no reply to inquires nothing, dont order from this site save ur money

Terrible. I ordered a wig and hadnt recieved although it has been MONTHS. I have emailed and requested a refund but havent received any responses. My friend had also purchased a gorgeous lace front wig but when she received her order it was a cheap synthetic wig that looked like it was from a 2 dollar store

POOR quality, paid for fast shipping but took ages. orderd 4 wigs only got 3 and in different colours! Tried to get my money back but then you've to send the wigs to China. So the conclusion is, wigs are coming from wish or aliexpress or that kind of websites! DONT order your wigs here!
