Not impressed!! I tried cancelling my order but they seem not to respond I messaged on messenger as well as email but nothing then a few days later they had shipped my order!! Today I received my order and it's nothing like the pictures, it's all false advertisement!! Extremely angry that I spent almost $100 AUD on play wigs!! Definetly don't recommend purchasing from wigarea!!!

Sul sito è possibile trovare parrucche lace front e 360 lace. Dalle foto e dalle descrizioni le parrucche sembrano ben fatte e dettagliate, con la possibilità di scegliere per ogni modello la lunghezza e la quantità di capelli desiderata.
Purtroppo però è tutto falso. Le parrucche non sono assolutamente lace front o 360 lace, sono normalissime parrucche, con pochi capelli e una retina standard che non copre nemmeno tutta la testa di un adulto. Se poi avete i capelli lunghi è ancora peggio.
Il venditore ha risposto al reclamo (solo tramite paypal, perché dai contatti riportati sul sito non ho ricevuto risposta) dicendo che loro non vendono lo stesso prodotto che pubblicizzano e descrivono. E' disponibile per il reso e il rimborso, però chiede al cliente di pagare le spese di reso, cosa inaccettabile dal momento che è stato consapevolmente pubblicizzato un prodotto sbagliato.
Non lo consiglio per niente.
On this site you can buy different types of wigs, from lace front wigs to 360 lace. Reading the description and watching the pictures you are offered a well made item. The pictures show you many details of said wig, including the wig cap, and you are given the possibility to choose the length you desire and if you want your wig thick or extra thick.
But none of that is true. You do not receive a lace front or a 360 lace, they are low quality wigs, no thick at all and so small that you can't even cover your own hair.
The seller replied only when contacted through paypal (I wrote to the mail address given on their site, but no reply came), and said that they don't sell and don't have the same product they show in the pictures and describe. They offer you to return the product and get a refund, but they want you to pay the return shipping, which is unacceptable given the fact the they knowingly and willingly promoted an item they do not sell.
Never buy from this site.
