Poor Customer service, please avoid
Was with Wigwam Storage for over a year, If you are a day late playing the invoice, then they will lock all access to your storage even bear in mind that you are paying for the storage a month ahead. Once I removed all my goods. I advised them that I no longer need it and would be looking for my refund payment, which I was told that accounts need's 14 days to process my payment. 14 days passed no payment arrived into my account. I have called and have been told every time that accounts will pay it today which they have NOT. They keep telling me that accounts is slow as the person who does it works from home, but they will get around to do it!

I couldn’t be happier
I couldn’t be happier. The pricing is very competitive, the facility is state of the art with alarmed units, easy access and is extremely clean and well looked after. The staff cannot do enough to help. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
