Wigyy WIGS ARE ROBBERS AND THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS EXCEPT ABUSE THE TRUST OF THEIR CUSTOMERS TO DO THE RIGHT THING AND THEY DONT. I APPLIED TO RETURN MY WIG AS IT WAS NOT THE SAME AS DESCRIBED ON LINE NOR WAS IT FIT FOR PURPOSE. IT WAS ILL FITTING BULKY ON ONE SIDE AND LOTS OF LOOSE STRANDS. '
THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL EXPLAINING THE PROCESS TO RETURN THE FAULTY WIG. BUT TO TAKE A PHOTOGRAPH OF THE WIG AND EMAIL BACK TO THEM WHICH I DID...THEY POSTED ME THE ADDRESS TO REPOST THE ITEM BACK TO THEM AND THEY WILL REFUND THE POST AND TRACKING. WHICH I HAD ALSO EMAILED A COPY TO THEM..ITS BEEN 3 WEEKS AND I HAVE NOT HAD A REPLY TO THE REFUND FOR THE RETURN OF THE WIG AND A REFUND OF THE POSTAGE TO RETURN THE PRODUCT...
THIS IS AGAIN A CHINESE COMPANY THAT HAVE A BAD REPUTATION AROUND THE WORLD SCAMMING CUSTOMERS FOR UNFIT PRODUCTS AND PROMISE YOU REFUNDS WHEN THE PRODUCTS ARE RETURNED BUT IT IS ALL AT THE COST TO THE CUSTOMER AND THEN THEY GO OFF THE RADAR AND LEAVE YOU WITH NOTHING NO PRODUCT NO REFUND OF THE PRODUCT AND NO REIMBURSEMENT FOR RETURNING THEIR FAULTY PRODUCTS. THIS IS A WORLD WIDE PROBLEM AND THE CHINESE GOVERNMENT SHOULD BE DOING A SHAKE DOWN ON THESE ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES AS THEY ARE HAVING A HUGE REPUTATION ON THE COUNTRY . ALREADY THE WEST SEES CHINA AS CHEATS, ROBBERS, AND SCAMMERS AND IT IS SO TRUE BECAUSE I AM ONE OF THEIR VICTIMS , BUT THEY SCHEEMING LYING ILLEGITIMATE SCUM BAGS AND NEED TO BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS.YOU KEEP THAT PRACTICE UP AND THE WEST WILL MAKE SURE ALL CHINESE BUSINESS BE STOPPED AT THE BORDERS WITH HIGH TARIFFS BEFORE THEY LEAVE CHINA ....BUT THE WEST WILL NOT TOLERATE CHINESE VAGABONDS AND DUMP YOU LIKE A HOT POTATOE.....

Amazing wigs -looking like natural hair and look exactly like on the pictures :)I purchased 2 of them and love them both .The delivery was smooth and communication with company great :)Would highly recommend that company to anyone who needs wigs .Nobody could tell that I was wearing one - they thought I just change my haircut and loved the new look♥️
