Refund

My wig was gorgeous, but the cap was too small. Customer Service with Chris was excellent. Chris was courteous & helpful. I will be trying another wig asap. Some understand going through treatment this is very stressful. I was disappointed my wig didn't fit, but Chris from Wigyy is helping me endlessly. Never give up if 1st experience with Wigyy is not successful. They will work with you without any pressure. Their service is excellent. I thoughly recommend Wigyy. Cheri Boyce

NOT WHAT I ORDERED

Purchased a wig but received one that I did Not order!! It was similar but not the correct one!! I told them about. They said they would give me 40% refund of the purchase price but to keep the product. I said ok. I’ll accept that. Then a week goes by, no refund, another week, no refund. So I suggest before you order anything from this company, make 100% sure you love it because they do nothing about it!! I will NEVER BUY FROM WIGYY AGAIN! Waste of my money!!

Said 5 days to received. On day 6, checked on order and they said THEY HAD NO ORDER, even though I had an ORDER NUMBER! I ordered this because THEY SAID 5 DAY DELIVERY. I leave in two and now they say no order.

I hated the wigs and because the business is international, there was no fight no way for me to return them. The representative that I emailed back-and-forth with was very polite and very professional. It was not her fault that nothing could be done, but they did send me back 50% off and a 20% off coupon

Scam!!!

Beware! Scam!!! The pics and videos featured are stolen from someone’s social media wearing good quality wigs. These are horrible, comical knock offs. Took me over a month to receive mine when they finally shipped after I filed a grievance. Terrible customer service. They look like Barbie hair, frumpy and fit horribly. I’ve gotten better looking wigs on Amazon for $20. Stay away unless you want to waste money on an overpriced Halloween wig.

They shipped me the wrong wig

They shipped me the wrong wig. Even though it was their mistake, I could only return it if I paid return postage to China. I ended up getting about 50% of my money back and no apology or offer to correct their mistake.

Chris - Wigyy Customer Service Review

I am a continuous, reoccurring customer of Wigyy, and Chris in customer service is exceptional! He is very knowledgeable and continuously answers all my questions and concerns quickly and follows up as well.

He reaches out to inquire if any issues I had have been resolved, offers suggestions and is very courteous and patient!
