Product was shipped quickly and exceeded my expectations when it arrived!

I love our Wike bike cart. It allows me to give my autistic son rides behind my bike and doubles as a comfortable stroller that is perfect for his small adult size. The best part is that it folds flat for easy transport and storage.

Well made jogging stroller/bike trailer. We took our 4.5 and 2 year old girls for the maiden voyage last night and they loved it. Customer service was great too, from the moment of ordering.

The merchandise was fine, and shipped quickly. But I was never emailed when my items had shipped (as I'd been told I WOULD be), and I never received tracking number. So I didn't know exactly WHEN package would be arriving. I consider receiving the tracking number as part of the "Standard" ordering experience. That's the only reason why I gave 4 stars instead of 5.

Customer service was excellent. Answered all my questions in a timely manner even after I purchased my bike. Love the bike! There are a few things to be careful of in terms of balancing with only one child or two very differently sized children but that would be the case in any such bike and this one rides like a dream once you get going and the convenience of not having to park it and lug your kids out to run errands but just keep going in stroller mode is amazing. Today I took my toddler to 3 separate stores biking between them and walking inside while she slept the entire time!

Great experience! wrote down my address slightly wrong and it still came to my door a few days early. We've been taking it out for short trips to the grocery store and the park, and my kid has been loving it!

Just what I was looking for - a solid, roomy, simple and super functional cart to haul things around town!

We purchase our WIKE a few weeks ago and it’s been a fantastic decision. A few “out of the box” issues were swiftly repaired here in Toronto by a local cycle shop and promptly reimbursed by the WIKE team. The only thing I wish we had of done is purchase the e-bike model instead (maybe trade in next year?). It’s great on the flats with a full cargo load! Hills in The Beaches Toronto are pretty serious and an e-assist would be very helpful. Conversion from bike to wagon takes some practice. A step by step instructional video of what break to hold during conversion and exactly where the pedals should be positioned would be most helpful (it may already be out there!) All in all a wonderful edition to our family! A nice way for Mum and Dad to get some exercise in seamlessly from summer camp to extracurriculars. Much better for the environment too.

Great trailer! We love it, and the price is amazing for the quality. Shipped from Guelph, so we got this the next day.

The replacement part I received was similar to the original part, but not the same part. I had to modify it myself to get it to work, but it did work.

The order was shipped and delivered incredibly fast.

I contacted customer service for an unrelated question about a different product but they prepared and gave me updates about my order at the same time.

I was amazed by how well designed the product is (the Double trailer). It can be folded/unfolded in a few seconds for easy storage and the wheels fit perfectly into the folded trailer.

The only thing I would change is the velcro used to secure the mosquito net. I feel like a zipper would be easier to use and more durable for something that needs to be opened frequently. Otherwise it's perfect!

Simple purchase process. Friendly interface. Quick delivery. Mostly preassembled, spare pieces… Happy with the whole thing 👍

I freaking love it!

When I accidentally ordered the wrong trailer, not realising that the jogging attachment wasn't compatible with it, a Wike representative called me to explain the situation and then offered me a small discount on upgrading to the correct trailer. This was much preferable to ordering the wrong one and being stuck with it.

We received the shipment quickly and were pleasantly surprised with the quality. We would definitely recommend this product. Our son is 4 and tall for his age, and we have always struggled with finding a trailer with enough headroom. This works great!
