I recently had the pleasure of visiting Wild Earth through Amazon, and I must say, the experience has been outstanding.

The Wild Earth canopy I had purchased, and used for over a year, had torn from side to side in the centre and along the edge for about 12 inches.

I made the purchase 12 months and three weeks before the tear. I still approached the company.

Mike took the time to listen to my concerns and provided expert advice on the way forward. What impressed me the most was the transparency and honesty exhibited throughout the process. Mike kept me informed every step of the way.

The very next day after initiating the problem Mike contacted me again and said that they would provide a replacement canopy.

all i can say is:

We ordered an awning for our T6 from Wildearth which we are delighted with. When we needed some additional poles, I ordered them on the website but there was no option to order more guy lines (being pedantic, I wanted them to match what we already have!) so I sent an email. Not only did they sort this out for me, they didn’t charge for an extra set of guy lines and pegs.
As a direct result, we’re now also the happy owners of a windbreak to match the awning and I think our setup is now complete… maybe apart from a rug!

Hello I bought some lengths of C channel to fit to my van via wildearth on EBay. I was disappointed at first as they seemed to get lost in the post.I believe EVRI lost them then found them a number of times eventually they turned up but unfortunately they were bent. I contacted Mike at wildearth immediately with photos he was spot on very helpful and posted some replacements out the next working day.
Very helpful chap and understanding.
Obviously not there fault communication was spot on and replacements arrived pretty quick.

Ordered a WildEarth canopy through Amazon. Too late to return I realised the kador fixing is not big enough as it slips out of the 6mm channel on my VW campervan. I contacted Amazon to start with but was told I was too late to return. I contacted WildEarth in case I had been sent the wrong size. After numerous emails, videos and photos they had basically got fed up with me and said my van must have a rubber channel and it’s flexible, allowing the kador strip to slip out. The channel in my van is a Reimor awning channel, 6mm extruded alluminium. They say their kador strip is 6.5mm. I dispute this. I wonder if their responses have been AI generated as their customer service is rubbish and no name is put at the bottom of their emails.

Purchased the canopy back on January, used it for the first time in May, perfect and 100% fit for purpose. I need to also say through my own error I damaged the canopy. and then contacted wild earth who promptly arranged a replacement.
