Read the book, and loved it. Shared it with my sister, who shared it with her daughter, who shared it with her friends. My sister surprised me with a little package of burgers. It had been some years since I last had a buffalo burger, and was instantly surprised at hoe fast my memory recognized the taste. So good that my wife actually loved the flavor (we normally get our beef from my brother's ranch) and now wants to try the steaks. Will be giving some gift certificates for this coming Christmas, even to my brother.

First order. I like the variety of cuts available. Gives me different options to try. Only had flat iron steak so far and it was very tasty. I also like the free shipping on orders over 200.00. I will always order that amount, like to keep freezer stocked.

I feel that overall your site is great and ordering was easy. Packages came with good education from sheets sent along with how to cook. Slow cooked the ribs so far and that went well. I feel good about my purchase as I am helping to restore our prairies as well as buying food that is harvested in a humane way.

The best steak I have ever had in my life and I am 75.

I have no issues with Wild Idea Buffalo Co. The ribs came right on time and were great tasting. Prices were reasonable for buffalo meat, shipping cost is similar to other places I've checked, and different forms of payment make it easier to pay. If you're looking for an alternative to beef, give them a try.

Your product is superior and my experience with WI customer has always been positive. I am also very fond of the recipe section. I have been wasting buffalo for about 18 months and one only once have I had beef. My diet now is buffalo and fish. Very healthy. I just wish shipping costs were less. The bundles often have items I probably won't eat so I tend to order a la carte and try to take advantage of specials. All in all, Wild Idea is the best!q

I love Wild Idea. I love what they stand for (100% free range, 100% humanely harvested, environmental sustainability). Their customer service is great.

We order 1/4 a buffalo every year, plus a few extra cuts and sausage to try. The buffalo is easy to cook, and the packaging is very convenient. We plan on buying regularly for years to come.

We just received our first order from Wild Idea and are very impressed so far! Our order arrived exactly when we were told it would. Everything was well packaged, labeled, and still frozen. We just used some of the ground meat for burgers for a family get together and they got rave reviews all around - absolutely delicious! We will be regular customers from now on and can't wait to try the rest of the products we ordered.

As usual the order arrived on time, well packaged and solidly frozen. Quality of the cuts eaten so far has been excellent.

Smoked a tri-tip from Wild Idea and people I shared it with couldn't believe it was Buffalo. Was so good. Also used a pkg of ground buffalo and mixed with wild boar and put together to make a meatloaf. The two together was so moist and very tasty. Wild Idea's products are a step above some other companies.

Not only do you have the healthiest meat product, it is also delicious. Shipping is fast and all products have arrived in great shape. GREAT company!! I will always have some Wild Idea in my freezer.

I was worried about the condition of the meat , because I place an order in a hot summer temperature , but when package arrived everything was
perfectly frozen .
Quality of the meat was excellent , and company even place info and the coking tips .
I have used a few other companies in the past , and so far I like Wild Idea the best

Wild Idea Buffalo is the Best !

Good product but have noted that during shipment some of the frozen, vaccuum sealed items rupture due to jostling in shipping container. This causes a small amount of melt and blood weep in the shipping container. Product still arrives in good condition and I will continue ordering from them.
