Easy to order and prompt delivery . What I liked best though is the fact that the owner of the company actually rang me to ask if I needed batteries or a memory card . Can’t beat good old customer service .

Rechargeable Battery Pack
There was actually a phone number to call on their website. The phone was answered promptly by someone knowledgeable about the products. I placed my order by phone and received the item a couple of days later. What is there not to like about this company-nothing.

Nice bit of kit
Nice bit of kit once I got the hang of setting it up and getting the location correct.
Shame the solar panel can't be turned round as it makes locating the camera tricky to get the coverage and sunlight.

Camera arrived as promised. An extra bonus was good customer service in that a telephone call was received to check that we had all the accessories we would need to use it. Can't comment on camera as it is a gift that has not yet been given and installed.
