Lloyd and his team worked extremely hard over 3 days to pack and move us
With limited access to our new home down a small lane and a nartow internal staircase it was a bit of a logistical challenge but dealt with efficiently and with a minimum of fuss. Would definitely recommend.

Lloyds were excellent from start to finish, without doubt the best removals company I have ever used ….the guys are polite, approach the job in a calm manner & treat your belongings with real care - superb company - I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again !

As moving house goes, this was the best. Lloyd was so professional but friendly and kept it all personal. The lads doing the removal were superb, friendly, considerate and asked all the right questions which for 2 oldies was a bonus! The handling of delicate and antique items was thoroughly thought out. Covers were put down on the floors to minimise damage. The timing was spot on and the whole move went smoothly.
Thank you all very much indeed from 2 very happy people!

We had a great experience with Williams and White Removals! Michelle was great at keeping us informed about what was happening and when. The crew were amazing - efficient, speedy and careful of our possessions. The 'boys' were easy to be around - not intrusive at all. They asked for instruction when required, even telling me to ‘boss them about’ as needed. They worked so hard - nothing was too much trouble, even coping with our two-year-old grandson when off-loading into our new home.
If we ever move again, (hopefully not anytime soon!), I will use Williams and White again without doubt.

The removal guys were great moving out of our home. They were really helpful and their calm demeanour kept the stress levels low! Michelle was really easy to deal with, very friendly and efficient. On moving into our new home, the weather was awful! The boys were amazing and kept on going even though they were soaked through. We had problems with getting the main bulk of our furniture delivered on the same day due to the difficulties with the weather however the boys worked overtime the following day to get the job done.

Terrific job done by all concerned. They fitted us in with relatively short notice. The lads doing the move arrived promptly, ensured carpets and flooring were protected. They moved furniture carefully, ensuring no damage to the furniture or property. They were smart and friendly. We had a particularly foul day for moving and they coped well. We appreciated their good and considerate nature.

The team at Williams & White have provided us with a seamless and smooth process throughout our relocation. We couldn't have asked for a better service! So much so we'll be using them again for our second move later this year! Highly recommend Lloyd, Michelle and all of their team! Thank you!

Experience from start to finish was fantastic. Lloyd who did the quote was really professional and clear on what could be done and understanding our needs. Michelle then worked her magic on getting our moving date sorted even when this changed. The guys on the day were brilliant, Ollie and Matey (I kept forgetting so Matey was easier), got everything done so quickly at both ends and kept checking we were happy with where things were going.

Efficient, really polite and helpful. Did a pretty big job over 3 days. Nothing was too much for them. I would highly recommend them.

Every step of the process, from the quote to the actual move, was handled so professionally and with a real human touch. Michelle in the office was super helpful throughout, and the team - led by Declan - who packed up and moved our belongings could not have been more friendly, patient or diligent. The weather during the unpacking days was horrendous but that didn’t affect their good humour and attention to detail one bit.
The packing service is definitely worth it! Every single item was wrapped and packed very carefully and arrived at our new home in perfect condition.
We have no hesitation in recommending Williams & White. Absolutely first class!

Michelle in the office was very patient when dates started slipping. John and Charlie were super efficient and very careful when loading and unloading. Despite some very stressful Conveyancing! W&W made the actual "moving" experience a piece of cake.

I write this not as a customer, but as someone who moved into a property where Williams and White were the seller's removers.
For a complex set of reasons, moving out for the seller--and therefore moving in for us--was delayed. Even worse, because of terrible weather on moving day, not everything could be taken that day from our newly acquired property.
Technically--because all monies went through and keys had been handed over--there was no reason that the Williams and White team would have to come back and finish the job and make good. Furthermore, they had already a full diary of other moves booked in that week.
And yet they did come back, after working hours. They worked far into the evening to clear and clean, and despite being utterly exhausted I'm sure, they were polite and professional.

Williams and White did a big move for us during a busy time in early September 2025. They were absolutely superb. The initial meeting, to provide a quotation, was done very efficiently with the proposed plan and all the details being explained transparently and clearly. The follow-ups from the office staff were business-like and bright. We were very impressed that, unlike other firms, Williams and White allowed plenty of time to do the packing, which was not rushed. It is to their credit that with nearly 3000 ft³ being moved, there was not a single breakage of note. We cannot speak too highly of the teams that did the work. They were neat and tidy and worked extremely hard. They were a pleasure to have around. We have moved many times, but this one was exceptional and took a lot of the stress out of the process. Whilst they were not the cheapest quote, they were worth every extra penny.

On the day of the move, the team worked non stop and had the lorry stored in their yard and the freezer plugged in overnight. As soon as we had the keys to our new house, 100 miles away, the team arrived and with Lloyds help, unloaded the lorry and sited everything as we wanted.
Very good ending to an awful 10 months of selling our house. Michelle, in the office, was very reassuring and kept us sane.
Cannot recommend them enough - and a competitive price, well below the Nationals.

Right from the quote we were impressed by their professionalism and clear communication: Lloyd was honest and helpful in his estimate, Michelle in the office patient and helpful in further communication. Even though our move kept on being delayed by a buyer further down the chain, W&W patiently waited for just to agree just the right date. In the event the guys who turned up were uniformed, polite, hard working, careful, patient and well informed. They treated our goods with respect. Because of delays they ended up moving our goods into storage of our choosing near our next home and they did this with care. We simply can’t recommend W&W highly enough.

I can’t recommend Williams and White Removals enough. John, Charlie and Declan were extremely pleasant and incredibly hard working throughout the day and were very careful with all our possessions. Definitely the dream team.
