100% a disgusting scam. The items shown on the website look amazing but are cheap garbage.

I am one of those who have also been scammed. I placed an order in February and have received nothing, not even the refund I requested in March. They are quick to take your money that's for sure. I too contacted consumer affairs and no help from them.
STAY RIGHT AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS, you will not like the outcome.

I ordered over $200 worth of clothes. Received numerous emails saying that the package was on its way. That was in February 2025. I’ve contacted consumer affairs ….no help there. They are still emailing me about my refund being on its way and sorry for any inconvenience……

I ordered a product described at cotton/linen. It was 100% polyester. I have been pursuing a refund since March 2025, and 5 months later, after several promises of a refund, I have received nothing. The website is now unavailable, so I assume the company has closed.
Never again. I will never order on-line clothes again. Willow and Grace of Adelaide are as shonky and dishonest as the very worst of the worst.
Even taking the matter up with the Department of Fair Trade did not produce a refund.
DON'T DO IT PEOPLE!!!! RUN, Run away. Tell you friends not to use this company.

I purchased from this company like many others and yes it is a scam alright.
the clothes were nothing like there picture and made of polyester material...gastly they were.
I contacted them for a full refund as stated in policy and so i returned them to China to a cost to me. Yes China.
This was in Feb and now as I am writing this it is July and I have many BS emails from them and I watched my parcel sit in customers for months and then all of a sudden it was on my front door step, returned to me.
So I contacted them again and not say I have got my parcel back and they still spun me a BS email and said they can see my parcel waiting to clear customs.
I said I wasn't sure how as it is sitting with me.
Now they are ghosting me and not answering emails as I have called them out.
These people have no morals at all and don't care about other hard working people and taking there money. No wonder people get angry.
Don't buy from them as positive as they are liars and cheats.

Returned poor quality items as instructed in Feb, after numerous emails my refund has not been given. Total scam, wish to report this company to the ACCC.

SCAM DO NOT BUY FROM WILLOW AND GRACE ADELAIDE YOU WILL NEVER SEE YOUR ITEMS AND THEY MAKE FAKE PROMISE AND EXCUSES THAT THE SHIPMENT IS DELAYED I HAVE SENT OVER 10 EMAILS AND NOTHING DELIVERED AND NO REFUND!!!!!!

Ordered items in December, arrived in January, I requested a refund as that is what they offer. I in return was offered another 2 options and I refused them as I wanted my money back. I returned my item which cost $50AUD in January only to see it sit in china for for 5 months. 43 emails later asking them to contact china post it was returned to me with an unclaimed sticker on it. Apparently china post sent a form to them requesting customs forms and they refused it. These people are a scam.DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM

Like everyone else this is a total scam.Do not buy anything from them they are thieves you will not receive goods or refunds.Beware.

Same story as most of the other reviews. The website looks very smart and all the emails are very polite but it’s all lies. Orders ‘lost in transit’ and promising a refund seem to be the order of the day. Total scammers.

I like other customers of this fraudulent company ordered two blouses in February 2025. Have not received my items. Several emails back and forth and I was also told my purchase was lost in transit. I was offered a replacement which would be sent out via express post or a refund. I asked for a full refund. I am still waiting. I’m sick of these companies taking our money and not delivering what was ordered. I saw their advertisement on Instagram. How can these social media platforms allow these rip off merchants to continue to advertise. Not happy Jane.

Don’t waste your money. I ordered a rain jacket 8 weeks ago, within days I realised the company were dodgy, I’m embarrassed I didn’t do more research first. If you order from them expect emails about delays, vague information about deliveries, no timeframes and a tracking number that goes to their own page, not a delivery service.
I did reach out to them twice, they did respond but not with any specific information or a legitimate tracking number. No jacket was delivered and I’ve had no contact from the company in over a month.
Fortunately I used PayPal and sent screen shots from the site and all my correspondence and was given a refund from PayPal, so if you have ordered it may not be too late to investigate your options through your credit card or payment service.

Willow and Grace is a scam, I suspect they purchase cheap junk from China and then advertise a "closing down sale". I never received any clothing and have been waiting several weeks for a refund which I seriously doubt I will ever get. I would give them no stars if I could for their scamming, lying behaviour, pretending that they have been too busy to do a refund for me.

I placed an order in Feb. Tracking of delivery of the order suddenly halted. Sent emails to follow up, kept getting responses that order was still being fulfilled. Then received a response to advise that my order was lost in transit & would I like a replacement sent with discount for further order or a refund. I immediately requested a refund & have been chasing this since the end of March. Keep getting similar responses that they are personally following up this refund with the finance dept. Then I got another reply late last week, after another follow up by me, to advise that the finance dept has a back-log of refunds to make & I'll have to just wait in the queue for this. I have threatened to take this to the relevant authorities as this is stealing & fraud but still waiting on a refund. This has been an ongoing matter for nearly 3 x mths now & suspected that this was a complete scam. Why is FB allowing fraudulent activity to occur on this platform. Scandalous by all involved!!

I ordered a shirt in early March. It was never delivered. I submitted a fraud report to my bank and my credit card has been credited with the full amount.

This company is a total scam.
