I ordered an Eloise blouse. I had to chase for it and it finally arrived today. I’m very disappointed. It’s far too small. I’m a 10-12 and it is a Large. The fabric looks nothing like that in the photo. It comes with no label telling me the type of fabric or how to wash it. It is supposed to be cotton but feels quite harsh.
The blouse in the photo was soft and billowy. This blouse is nothing like it. I’m so disappointed.

Sizing and shape was all wrong for a bra. Refused to refund money. No choice but to take store credit. Ordered a dress advertised as cotton-linen. Received and is 100% polyester, so unable to wear it. Items are not Australian and are charged international fees on credit card and takes weeks for order to arrive.
DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.

The picture looks like a linen material and the listing doesn't say what the material is, so it can’t be returned. What I got was 2 cheap polyester dresses that ! found on Temu for $20.00 so you ripped me off $60. No brand label which I expected, so I know it cheap rubbish that will fall apart in three wears. I can’t return because it doesn’t meet their criteria for returns. If you were a real Adelaide business I would be able to return to an Adelaide address not and international one.

Based on the measurement chart I should have been a Medium, I chose to upsize and ordered a large. The blouse fits OK, but the pants are a little snug. The items have no labels with no washing instructions and no fabric type.
Hopefully I can just throw them in the machine and hope for the best. I did have to trim all the loose threads. The items look almost home-made, but after reading other negative reviews I was pleasantly surprised and give the items a 6 out of 10. The low score mainly because they didn't look professional made

Less than 1 star! Scammers! I ordered one garment, and they charged me for 2 the same plus something extra, without my knowledge! Now I had to closed my bank account and working with Pay Pal to get my money back! I wish I could know, that they are no existing in Adelaide at all!

Ordered two items at beginning of February. Constant emails to tell me my order has been delayed. Emails to them only to be told ‘thank you for your patience, we are looking into your order’ then nothing, same email over and over. No ETA for my order. This is a scam and I now believe I have lost my money. Do not order anything from this company - they are not from Adelaide. Very annoyed, first time I have ordered clothes on line will not buy clothes online ever again. Shame on you Willow and Grace! Or who and where ever you are. 😡

I also got stung 😡 $140. Crap material and not as described. Not at all lightweight. And the sizing is not correct. They said they will refund if I send to their bogus address in China. I am trying PayPal for refund but don’t like my chances. They deserve no stars.

Well I wish I had read the reviews before parting with my money. No more online clothes shopping for me! Do not purchase from this company.

Oh dear - wish I knew this was a scam before I spent over $100. Who is writing these positive reviews? The tracking number is just a number, no actual postal or delivery service is named.

This looks like the same Shop as Coastal fashions Perth, who were also closing down and a complete rort!! Do not by from this company. It’s not an Australian company!! Do not be fooled

My order took 3 weeks to arrive, then when I requested a refund , they said they would only offer a store credit. My clothing didn’t even have a brand tag or size on it.

Ordered jumper & agree with every review below, I thought I was getting it from Adelaide, after many emails it took over 3 weeks to arrive, sizing wrong, worst cheap polyester material, cotton threads everywhere, photos aren’t true to item.After many emails saying they won’t refund they have now asked me to send it to China for a refund. I suspect if I do no refund will happen.

Wow! No wonder they are closing down, I should have read the reviews prior to purchasing from this company! Same as others have quoted in other reviews. They are definitely misleading the consumer claiming to be an Adelaide business when purchasing the products from overseas.
Sizing not correct no where near!
Pants I ordered did not even have a size tag
Now saying I have to send back to international address and will only give a credit not a refund!!
I will be contacting Australian Consumer Law re this misleading business.

Please do not purchase anything from this business as you will lose your money.

Total scammers! Worst clothing I have ever seen. Won't take returns for any reason.

Disappointed that I just saw these reviews. Everything that everyone has said is true. The sizing is all incorrect, the fabric quality is terrible. I reached out as soon as I saw the garment and they refused to refund me. I now have to send it back to China at my own cost. This company is a complete scam - buyer beware. The worst polyester fabric you can think of. Please please consider wisely before you purchase. I was not going to leave a review but am sooooo disappointed.

After waiting weeks for my order, when it finally arrived I was shocked. The fabric was the thinnest and cheapest polyester and not breathable, as advertised. The quality and fit of the garment was appalling and there were loose threads everywhere. The Willow and Grace website also purported that the original price was $274.95 which is totally misleading advertising. They have flatly refused to give me a refund as they have stated "we do not process refunds for reasons such as size issues, style preference, fit concerns, material preference". What else is there left? Please be warned that Willow and Grace Adelaide is a totally disreputable and scam company.

The 3 garments I received are cheap copies from the pictures on the web. There are no labels, the sizes bear no resemblance to the true size, for example my size 12 looks like a size 18. The fabric is the cheapest polyester. Despite my request to return the garments, they are just using stalling tactics instead of honoring their 30-day money-back guarantee. They are not providing me with the address to return. The money has one to an Amsterdam address

I ordered 3 items from this supposed Adelaide based store. They took almost 3 weeks to arrive and the quality is absolutely horrible. Not even a name tag on them and sizing is completely wrong, way too small. You get better quality and a street stall, in Bali! I paid $190.00 and have never felt more ripped off. DO not buy from these people, it’s just Chinese made crap.
