My English Bulldog became very ill and my vets sent me to Willows. They were amazing from start to finish and helped with the insurance so I did not have to worry about that. Elizabeth had a successful surgery and thanks to the team at Willows is now recovering. I left with all medication and full instructions and cannot thank them enough

Cannot fault the service from Willows. Especially Hollie ( soft tissue specialist ) my Ridgeback had perinal hernia/castration operation,Hollie was faultless throughout the whole procedure, yes it is very expensive,but the service is first class 👌

We cannot thank Mark, and the team at Willows, enough for their support and care with our dog, Raisin. During a 24 hour admission to Willows, Mark carried out extensive testing to get to the root cause of our boys condition, the communication was excellent and he came home with a clear treatment plan. Already we are seeing an improvement in his condition. We would not hesitate to recommend Willows or use them again should the need arise. Thank you so much for giving us our boy back when we were fearing the worst.

very quick to treat very young kitten were realistic about situations and saved him while exspesive definitely worth it as made sure everything was done to ensure he made it back okay

The staff were very attentive and made us feel welcome.
A nurse explained the examination process and took Oscar for to see the vet.
Once he had been examined, the vet reported that he had symptoms associated with marijuana poisoning and explained what we needed to do.

We took our puppy for dental surgery after being referred from our vet and we couldn’t be more grateful. The surgeon Ashley was great she talked us through everything, ready to answer any question and even called us in the middle of the surgery to keep us updated that everything was going well and as planned. We were so relieved when we saw him after the surgery. We couldn’t be happier of our choice. Thank you to the all team that works there that took such great care of little one.

I was never given this information _ and never given any prices about anything given _ maybe because I would of declined and got it 200% cheaper off the internet

I can’t thank Kyle in the Opthamology team and Giovanna in general practice enough. My French Bulldog Penny has received amazing treatment under their care after her eye went a foggy and white over the weekend. She had a lense location and they acted quickly to save her sight and future issues. She was seen at 09:30 am and was operated on the same day and home by 5pm.

Kyle’s examination was so thorough and he was really patient. He explained everything to us and our options and called me as soon as Penny was out of surgery to set my mind at rest.

When we picked Penny up he had prepared a medication plan to make the post operative care clear and easy for us to understand.

Penny has seen many of the specialists at Willows as she also has IVDD and skin issues and has regular hydrotherapy with the Physio team. They are all brilliant and I feel very lucky to have such a team of experts on my doorstep.

What a fantastic place and team. My poorly 12 week old Golden Retriever puppy was referred here as she had severe diarrhoea/colitis. Christina was so reassuring and kept us informed throughout. From the time we entered the hospital to when she was discharged, everyone was so lovely. I knew she was in the best place.

From the moment I made the emergency phone call on a Sunday I was treated with the utmost professionalism. My daughters dog( sadly they were on holiday), took really poorly and needed immediate care and attention while staying with us. On arrival she was placed in ICU and for 3 days it was touch and go. But with the right treatment and Care she made improvements. Against all the odds she survived Pneumonia, a collapsed lung and the possibility of pancreatitis. She survived, due to the incredible care given by the wonderful ICU team. Special thanks from the bottom of my heart go to Devon and Cathy. Our Molly sends much love for helping her feel so much better and for getting her back on her feet after a week in ICU. A bit of a way to go, but shes home and milking all the attention. My daughter and family will never be able to thank you enough for fighing for their beloved Molly and giving her back to them.
I thank you personally for all the support and assistance I received during one of my most traumatic moments ever. Devon and Cathy I will hold you in my heart forever.

The Willows saved my dog in 2021 when she had a less than 10% chance of surviving.
Unfortunately I had to rush her in to ICU last Thursday for a completely unrelated illness to the previous one. They stabilised her condition, then they investigated why she was so ill as the vet’s diagnosis turned out to be only a mild condition. They found a lot of other markers which the test results are due back this week so my fingers are crossed.
Their expertise is on a different level and I was communicated to and consulted at every stage. The detail they go into avoided potentially too much insulin bei v administered which wasn’t mentioned by my vet.
They are a safe pair of hands - thank you

We were referred by our local vets when our Italian greyhound luciana developed a huge abscess that consequently burst leaving a huge gaping hole under her throat indicating a foreign body stuck somewhere in the region we were referred to willows as they have a CT scanner to locate this ..they were kind fair & thorough explaining everything along the way ..Lucci stayed over night there for scans & surgery it was a very tricky surgery & they tidied & stitched the area sent us home with meds & explained all the after care ..thank you very much Willows

I’m writing this 12 months after my 2yr old cat Indie Blue first got sick with triaditis. He died 7 weeks later of imha/pima they truly went above and beyond with my boy including my fabulous vet Kirsty Roe bringing in her own cat to be a blood donor. Kirsty was compassionate throughout and tried so hard to get Indie well. The ICU staff were outstanding when he deteriorated when I was visiting and even gave him emergency dog blood. I was able to be with him when he was put to sleep. I miss him terribly.

We asked our vet for a referral to Willows after hearing such good reviews from friends. From arriving and speaking to reception to our dog being examined everything was fast and professional. We were kept informed by the specialists and we were pleased with the in-depth questions asked before his MRI. We felt well informed and they made us feel like they had time to listen which I’m sure wasn’t the case.
When it was time to collect our dog they gave clear instructions on after care and medication as well as writing down anything we were unsure about.
