Following a biopsy undertaken by our local vet we were referred to Willows for a consultation and surgery option discussion. All options were discussed in detail and a surgery plan agreed. We were kept informed at all stages by the vet who undertook the surgery. Highly recommended Willow’s for their professional and knowledgeable approach and their overall care of your much loved pet

Stunning service. I do not have the words to tell everyone how excellent the Willows is. Our miniature schnauzer Poppy was discharged today after a 3 night stay and treatment for a ruptured disc in her cervical spine.she was in so much pain.
The team at The Willows were perfect- every one of them.

From the initial consultation, through to collecting our dog post-surgery, the team at Willows demonstrated absolute professionalism. We were left knowing exactly what to expect, and assured that our bundle of furry joy was in extremely safe hands. All procedures were explained thoroughly and the team was welcoming and friendly. We have been attending Willows for several years both neurology and cardiology with our 2 dogs who both have heart and neurological conditions. The staff are lovely they spend time discussing and explaining the girls condition and treatment options and answer my questions so I feel fully aware of their health issues, unlike our regular vets who have 10 minute appointments. Charges seem expensive but we were charged a similar price by our local vets for sedation to remove a grass seed from ear canal as we were charged for her to have sedation for an X ray. The staff remember the girls and the girls are always happy to go with them. I recommend Willows for any animal needing complex care

The exotics department that we were referred to by our local vet have so far been fantastic to our Chinchilla - very friendly, to us and to her! Extremely reassuring and knowlegable and have given us updates every step of the way so far. We are now very at ease with the thought of them performing the needed surgery next week

We had the absolute best vet Mark Dunning at Willows who treated our dog with care and compassion throughout his journey with bladder cancer. Based on Marks care alone I would have given 5 stars however, despite spending thousands on our dogs treatment along with his insurance, not even 5 days after having our dog put to sleep Willows sent an auto reminder for payment because our insurance had withheld money back. Since then, every day I have received a text and an email demanding payment despite me asking them to wait until I collected our dogs ashes. Or at least give us time to grieve. My email was completely ignored and I am still receiving daily text and email reminders. So whilst Willows may have wonderful vets, they truly do seem to be all about the money. Sending out so many reminders despite being asked to stop so we could grieve the loss of our beloved dog Willows seem more concerned about getting £69 we owe them. I will never use them again, nor recommend them to anyone. The admin team are completely heartless

My dog was referred by my vet’s to the willows they replied straight away he was seen the next day and they treated the same day they were very thorough with him and was treated I recommend the willows I will definitely give them five stars and more

Was given an appt as soon as my vet phoned them. As soon as we arrived we could see how caring everyone was. Everything was explained and we were told the cost. Margo went with them happily and throughout her time with them, CT scan etc they phoned and explained what the next step was going to be. Thank you to the eye and soft tissue vets

My dog has cancer and she is being treated in willow even though we know what the outcome comes gonna be, I cannot default the service at willow every vet doctor and staff member have been loving and sporting us as family and our dog. They have cared for Storm as she is part of there family. I recommend there service to any families with pets. Willows are a trusted service to provide the best for everyone

I cannot fault the service provided by the Willows, the staff were friendly, the surgeon explained the procedure in detail and all the aftercare staff were knowledgeable. If my dog Goldie needs any further procedures I would have no reservations in taking her back.very

I have attended Willows several times in the past with my previous dog and now our current one and they have always been amazing. Thorough, patient, kind and very skilled and knowledgeable and I feel my pet has always had the best care, just as they deserve. Thank you!

Extremely thorough and conscientious staff, no stone unturned to try and find out what’s causing our dogs symptoms. Good communication and regular, detailed updates. We feel she’s getting the best care possible.

I am absolutely blown away by Willows. From the moment we arrived for an emergency appointment for surgery until we picked our beloved Sausage up today. Every single member of staff we dealt with was knowledgeable, professional, compassionate and empathetic.
The level of care these guys give is outstanding and nothing like I’ve ever heard of before!
We had regular daily updates and even photos to soothe our hearts whilst they were sad which meant the absolute world.

We've been getting nowhere trying to get to the bottom of our kittens issues since the beginning of June. A referral to Willows and 2 visits in and we're already getting answers. Our experience so far has been really good, excellent communication and updates throughout. I definitely feel like our baby is in safe hands.
