Excellent experience
Excellent! Customer service manager Vincent was very responsive to my situation. I had omitted a couple of things and needed to re-access. He went out of his way and walked me through the process. Service is very fairly priced with an excellent template.

Couldn’t find how to edit my previous review so I am posting a follow up. I couldn’t access my will, so I contacted tech support and described my problem. They were able to correct my problem, and I am now a happy camper.

The first draft of my will wasn’t exactly what I wanted. AND I accidentally finalized it. I sent an email to Wills.com and they unlocked it so I could make the changes I wanted.
If your estate is not complicated this is an easy, fast, and very convenient way to take care of it!
