Terrible customer service, poor product, sizing not correct everything was to big despite it being my size.
I want a full refund only to be told this is not possible but they will replace with different size and lucky me I can keep the 5 dresses that do not fit 🤪.
What am I supposed to to do with them?
Legally all retailers should refund if customer unhappy why can they get away with refusing.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS RETAILER.
Definitely not worth money and definitely not worth the hassel.

This isn’t even a company! I am passionate to chase this set up for their fraudulent, dishonest actions. Their clothes are rags at best! I have already exchanged emails with them and reported to trading standards, Facebook, Twitter and other platforms. What do people like this do to honest small businesses in the UK! They have also fraudulently taken two lots of money from my cc-saying I ordered the same thing twice! They advertise’hassle free’ returns but then try to charge £50 return costs! DO NOT BUY !!!

Impossible refund situation. Their website promises Easy Returns. That is a joke! That is just not so! All they do is ask you to accept 10% straight back to your account and keep the goods or 100% gift card. They mention how costly it is to ship the goods back, as much as 50$. They just make it as difficult as possible. Do not use this company.

I got scammed too, should check the review before ordering anything from online . This is a fraudulent company pretending UK brand selling very cheap products even worse than Shein, I was trying to claim my refund with my bank through charge back dispute.

This is not a UK company though it is made to look like one
Returns are NOT available as products are an online overseas order, so a measly % is offered
Poor quality goods maybe worth 10% of cost
Basically a scam to offload poor stuff on the uk away from our legal process
Only buy via credit or other means that can refund buyer

My order never arrived so only giving one star have raised concerns with wilson and carter and the evri delivery service awaiting out come😒 did need them for christening which has came and gone.

Poor quality clothing, nothing at all like the dress that was advertised, states stress free return!! Complete opposite. Offered me 10% refund. This company is not based in London, extremely frustrating and disappointing customer service. Do not recommend!!!!!!

Absolutely horrendous company, sandals cheap and nasty. Customer service keeps offering 20% refund and keep sandals which I would never wear. Then offering to buy another item. They will not refund my money, send the same response over and over again ~ goods are sent from who knows where but definitely not from London. Like others I should have read reviews first.

Wilson & Carter are a company that was until recently called Martha London which changed its name after being discovered as a fake products scam company. DO NOT TRADE WITH THESE CRIMINALS, THEY WILL SEND YOU FAKE RUBBISH THAT IS TOTALLY DIFFERENT FROM THEIR WEBSITE IMAGES AND DESCRIPTION THEN REFUSE A RETURN BECAUSE THE ITEMS WERE IN A SALE. ALL ITEMS MADE IN CHINA, ALL RUBBISH. SCAM!!!!!

I wish I’d read the reviews before I bought a dress from them.
It was made of cheap plastic like fabric, absolutely nothing like the picture.
I couldn’t give it to a charity shop it is such poor quality. I’ve learnt my lesson and hope this review helps others.
The refund process is a joke, simply sending more money - this exploitation of the unsuspecting UK consumer need stopping.

Oredered items from this company, firstly the delivery took ages and when I receivrd the items the quality is very poor.
I then reached out to them with regards to returning the item which cost mself £30, to be then told that it could cost myself between $30 to $50 to return these items. It clearly states on their website a "Hassle free returns policy". Even after contacting them with proof of this they still stated that I have to pay the cost of returns.

I will not be using this company again and would advise others not to, just wish I had read reviews before ordering from them.

Do not buy from this company. They are in china. Quality of the dress was very poor. Colour was not what was shown on the picture. Tried to return for a refund. Was initially offered 10% refund or it would cost $50 to return. I live in the UK so not sure how it would cost me $50. Eventually they offered me a 40% refund or gave me the address in china to return it to. Provide them with the tracking information. The return and refund process is not seamless as it saying on their website. One big scam I would say

Please don’t buy anything from this company I wished I had checked reviews before I paid lesson learnt

The order took ages to arrive and when it finally did. The sandals was rubbish and cheaply made. Did not give me a full refund

This company is rubbish they do not acknowledge my request to return dress which looks nothing like the one ordered. Is rubbish - why oh why didnt I check Trust pilot before ordering! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RUBBISH COMPANY

Real problems even at the ordering stage, it took 3 goes to get accepted... oh I so wish I backed out at that point. The item, ladies lightweight summer trousers awful quality, goodness knows what the fabric was, suspect plastic, about 3 sizes too large, despite checking sizing before ordering. The photo didn't show how wide the legs were and they were about 1ft (yes honestly) too long.
Look to return but couldn't find my way through, so have given up and put it down as a lesson learnt.
Thought about donating them to a charity shop, but I'd be too embarrassed to own up to buying them.
Please folks give this company a miss, they seem to be trying to pose as an up market firm, they are not.

I was sent materials that were absolutely awful, no labels and very poor quality.
When attempting to return them I was told that returns would cost around £50 and that refund would be dependent on a review by the company. This despite the fact that they advertise quick and easy returns.
They eventually offered me 40% refund with no returns but this would obviously involve a 60% loss for me and had the feeling of a well rehearsed scam.
Communication with them demonstrated that this is a company well versed in dealing with complaints. I was forced to seek redress through my credit card company.
These people appeared legitimate, they are anything but. I would avoid them at all costs.
