Whilst you expressed an interest in the house at an early stage there was no confirmed mortgage information and sadly we can't enter into negotiations until we have received proof of finance as a duty of care to our client and Members of the Ombudsman.
I am happy you were happy with the communication after the sale commenced and I am delighted you got to stay in your home after many years of living there as a tenant

We sold and purchased with Wilsons and they have been nothing but fantastic throughout. James couldn't have done more for us with all aspects of selling our property and buying through them. Whenever we had any issue he would deal with it instantly and come straight back to us. Can't thank him enough.

Very helpful and professional
Wilsons estate agents sold our house within a week. They were very accommodating and supportive and Maxine and her team were always at hand to ease any concerns or anxieties.

I spent hours researching all the rental agents before finally settling with Wilsons, as they were just what I was looking for, Maxine and her team have been fantastic.
The whole experience so far has been totally stress free, they take care of everything.

Absolutely amazing service
The overall experience was just amazing. James went over and above all of my high expectations and made the house sale very smooth indeed, even when all the solicitors involved were incompetent. Thanks again Wilsons if it wasn't for James we would of never moved.
