Absolutely awful never clean windows properly how they can clean 10 houses in 20mins they can cause they don't ever clean a whole house usually it's just the front we are housing association so very good earner for them without doing the work

Rubbish expensive and does nothing but leave stains down the walls and wet curtains. This company complains to get these reviews removed as the truth hurts

WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND JAMES. A lovely pleasant reliable man who is happy to fit in with individual requirements.

If you want good customer service who are willing to help when you have a problem then don’t use this firm. The cleaners were abusive to us and when we complained the management staff didn’t want to know. It was an awful service and a very bad experience for us

The team are friendly and professional - from first telephone contact to completing the job. James and his colleague were extremely helpful, and they did a fantastic job on my filthy windows. Nothing was too much trouble and they took a real pride in their work. I can't believe what a difference it has made and would not hesitate to recommend them!

We had new windows put in and found it impossible to clean the front ones outside as we are three floors up and they only opened halfway.I gave James a ring and he promptly came round and said they vould do the windows and fachias for a very reasonable price and i have them done monthly.They always turn up and any probs you can have give Polly a ring and it gets sorted.I love having the cleanest windows in our block so thankyou.

My house has very inaccessible windows, gutters and fascia boards, being built on a slope with a rather fragile old glass verandah all around which prevents use of ladders across it. Despite these problems, the guys who came seemed to relish the challenge and found ways to clean everything. The verandah glass was done on both sides and as a result it has never looked so clean an shiny! They even repositioned a glass panel which had slipped a bit. Yes, some drip marks dried along the bottom edges of the third floor windows, but they were very dirty to start with and I was told the guys were running low on purified water by this point, so they did the best they could there. I am extremely pleased with their attention to detail and pride taken in doing a good job and can wholeheartedly recommend them.

I was not in when the work was carried out but was happy to trust the company to carry out the specified work due to their prompt and professional response to my initial query. Polly and James offered excellent and honest advice and their rates are competitive.
We returned to the house to find the pvcu guttering, fascia and barges cleaned to a high standard and our guttering is no longer overflowing. I would be happy to recommend this company and will be using them on an annual basis.

We were quite happy with the two very friendly chaps that came to clean the windows inside and out plus gutters. Think the guy doing indoors forgot the window on the stairs quite high up and some of the wet left on the windows stayed and dried on so quite spotty.
Overall a good job done. Thanks. Will be I touch re another clean during the year.

The guys were very pleasant but I do feel it was a lot of money for what they did. I got the impression from an overheard conversation that their machine wasn't working so they did it by hand which meant they just put the ladder up in one spot at the front and a couple of spots at the back and scooped out the muck, about half a bucket for the whole system. It's difficult to believe that the whole gutter system is clear from such restricted vantage points never having been cleaned in the last 20 years

I've used The Window Cleaners (CCS) for over 10 years. They're professional and friendly and they've always looked after me incredibly well. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
