Ordered the equipment I required it was delivered on time had query which was quickly resolved everything was delivered in good working order very happy with the service which window cleaning warehouse provided.

Bought 3 WCW Precision Microfibre Cloths to try having used various other microfibres with little success on windows. These cloths are without doubt, the very best I have used, so quick. Will not use anything else now

Shopping experience was ok,struggled a bit to find what I was looking for but got there in the end,maybe ok for seasoned pro's but novices a bit of work.

No one tells you that you have to clean your solar panels annually in the sales pitch. This can be a problem if the accessibility is difficult for trades people! Problem sloved by purchasing my own pure water cleaning kit and doing it myself! (Only recommended if safe)!

This is the worst company I have delt with I ordered two filter housings which they said was in stock and needed them the next day which I paid for. The next day I wanted to know that they were actually going to arrive that day and was told that they didn’t actually have them in stock and hadn’t bothered to tell me until I rang them so I asked for a refund and am still waiting for this refund so please don’t deal with this company

Poor experience, bad customer service. would recommend you go else where especially if a part is needed within a timeframe.

Ordered a part that was supposedly in stock on the website. No dispatch for 4 days.

I contact their support by email to query. No response for another two days. Customer email ignored by the company

Because of lack of contact, I have to telephone them. Told the order is actually not in stock. It will be a month waiting time for the order.

Recommend to use another supplier, very unreliable.

Great bit of kit I bought, and super fast delivery truly recommended

Missing items in order. Didn't receive a squeegee handle and separate channel in original order so I emailed to say these 2 items were not in the box. The company apologised and quickly sent out my missing items the next day, although when opening this box it only had 1 of the missing items. I then had to contact again to have my last item sent out. Never had any problems in the past with WCW but this was quite an inconvenience.

I have been getting all my window cleaning equipment from these guys for year and they have always been fast and reliable. Just bought the Big Boy backpack for pure water cleaning, it is a great unit and good value for money. It turned out to have a slow leak in the tank talked to Dan and the rest of the team and after a few emails they replaced the whole unit. I am very happy with both the unit and the customer service.

I have spent a fair bit of money with window cleaning warehouse over the years. A couple of weeks ago I ordered a pole section for my phantom himod.I ordered a carbon section having done this previously without issues. However on this occasion the section was too tight and the other section became stuck. After 2 weeks of trying to resolve the matter with numerous phone calls and being fobbed off with we will talk to the pole makers I have been told by there customer service department 😂 that it is my fault and I will have to buy another section at £90 plus. Needless to say I was not very happy and will be taking my custom elsewhere. Get stuffed Window Cleaning Warehouse 🤬🤬🤬

The website is really easy to use and has a wide range of products. Good value for money and quick delivery. Would highly recommend.
