Window Cleaning Warehouse Reviews 

I have spent a fair bit of money with window cleaning warehouse over the years. A couple of weeks ago I ordered a pole section for my phantom himod.I ordered a carbon section having done this previously without issues. However on this occasion the section was too tight and the other section became stuck. After 2 weeks of trying to resolve the matter with numerous phone calls and being fobbed off with we will talk to the pole makers I have been told by there customer service department 😂 that it is my fault and I will have to buy another section at £90 plus. Needless to say I was not very happy and will be taking my custom elsewhere. Get stuffed Window Cleaning Warehouse 🤬🤬🤬

The website is really easy to use and has a wide range of products. Good value for money and quick delivery. Would highly recommend.

Ordered Pole on 28/2/24 still not received 27/03/24.
I have written numerous emails and calls and all I get is it is being investigated and refusal to issue a refund. Delivery company admitted delivered to wrong address still they won't issue refund. Do not buy from this company very poor customer service.

Sometimes it's hard to find exactly what you want online so is good to be able to phone and talk to a person

What a superb company this is to deal with, I ordered a pole system, roof cleaning blade kit, I had the pleasure in dealing with a gentleman there named Tom when I placed my 2nd order. The 1st order was promptly dispatched, delivered next day, well packaged. Customer service is superb, nothing seems to be too much trouble, with excellent buyer advice.

I haven't received my product (,trolley) I ordered yet and haven't received any emails to say when it will be arriving ,as I need this to help with my window cleaning small business any updates would be appreciated

Complete Joke. Couldn’t care about your customers at all. Order Monday a sky scraper and head and other products, only got pole. £400 order and still waiting for the rest on Friday. DPD are a joke too, leaking product. No clear bags covering product. Can’t do my jobs jobs planned for the week. Waited around for 4 hours on different days. No compensation or even a discount off next order. The country and business have gone to pot. Wake up

First order and the trolley system turned up in a battered box , screws missing from the back of the unit ( I’ve emailed and still waiting on a reply) no manual ( I’ve emailed to ask how to operate properly still waiting on a reply) the way the clips and other bits were thrown in the box it’s not a good first impression especially as I’m new to this and looking for a decent supplier…. I’ve since ordered again for some hose and a connector asked if replacement screws can be sent with (I’ve emailed but still waiting on a reply)

Do not order from this company, I placed an order on 24th August 2023 and have still not received the items. I have called and emailed them various times without a reply, no one picks up the phone or reply’s to emails, it’s now been 17 days since the order was placed. I will be contacting trading standards as I can’t seem to get a response from anyone from this company.

Personally I take the reviews of on-line products on wcw with a pinch of salt ! It seems only positive reviews are allowed publication, where as truthful & less positive reviews are binned ! Cmon fellas, sort it out !

Items arrive quickly, they use a decent courier no issues on delivery’s. Great products, great squeegee’s and cleaning fluid (unger).
