I recently had a very disappointing experience regarding a repair that was carried out. I specifically pointed out one window that required fixing. During the visit, Keith chose to open the adjacent window to see how the mechanism was assembled. At no point did I ask him to inspect or carry out work on that window, as there was nothing wrong with it.

Following this, I was presented with a charge of £198, which I find completely disproportionate to the work that was actually carried out. The window he claims to have “secured” required minimal attention, and the time spent looking at the adjacent window was neither requested nor necessary.

When I raised the concern, Keith insisted the cost was justified, which I strongly disagree with. Based on the limited work completed, the price appears excessive and unreasonable.

Unfortunately, this experience has left me feeling that the service provided was poor value for money, and I would advise others to clarify costs in detail before any work is carried out.
