They offer more than just a window installation
I made the decision to purchase one of their windows and had one put in the living room. While the price was acceptable, it's the warranty that made it very desirable. I recommend everyone find out about the Warranty.
So impressed with the quality and workmanship and Warranty that I decided to buy a second window. It's a person I talked to Micheal Piekarski, and he was wonderful to work with; no pressure, just lots of information and easy to work with.
After deciding to purchase the second window, Brad came to measure the space. He too, was a great guy and helped me understand how the window slides and made it easier for me to work with. Wow, great team; highly recommend them.

Experienced men and they knew how to get their work done
The men were very fast and knew what was needed to be done and did it. They replaced all my windows in my house they looked great once they were put in.

Poor replacent window notification
One of the windows did not have a grid. Told the replacement would be in on the 25th. Called their Customer Service "?" (out of country) on the 27th (Monday) for status. They told me someone will call me "Sometime this week" to set up an appointment. After not receiving a call by Wednesday called the local store. They told me the window was actually in on the 18th. Transferred me to installation. Was told they can come out sometime next Thursday and will let me know sometime on Wednesday when. Told them I am not wasting two days. Was then told they will be out between 3-5 pm on Thursday. For any problems contact local store. Their out-of-country Customer Service is useless.

Great Windows/Poor communication
I like the windows and happy with the purchase. Biggest issue was lack of communication between the time of the 2nd measure until they showed for install. I did have an email that said my windows would ship on Dec 2nd, but the installers showed up on Dec 1st without warning. I had to scramble to get the windows prepped taking down the curtains and blinds in a frantic mess. Now I have to replace some of the blinds because I was in too much of a hurry as I had to do the work by myself that I would have normally had a 2nd person help me with. Every other type of company I’ve worked with sends texts or calls the day before as well as the day of. All I got was a k o k on the door.
