Took too long to try and schedule a service call, which was ridiculous. Fortunately our issue was minor and was resolved without a service call. Very disappointed in your process for scheduling service. If our issue had been more serious and we had to wait that long for someone to get here we would have been very unhappy with your company service.

I recently had new windows installed by Window Nation, and I couldn't be happier with the entire process and the final result!
From the initial consultation to the final installation, everything was handled with absolute professionalism. The most impressive part was the speed and minimal disruption to our household. The installers were efficient, organized, and clearly experts at their job, completing the replacement much faster than I anticipated. They were respectful of our space and went above and beyond to ensure our daily routine was barely affected.
They performed everything exactly as agreed upon in the contract, no surprise costs, no unexpected delays, and the quality of the work is outstanding. The new windows look absolutely fantastic and have immediately enhanced the curb appeal of our home. We can already feel a difference in noise reduction and temperature regulation.

I liked this company. However, I hear a cracking noise from my windows every day. I contacted the company, and one of their representatives came and checked all the windows, but couldn't find any problems. Yet, the noise remains.

The service was great n very professional. The crew did a really good job putting my windows in. Clean up was wonderful! I would highly recommend this crew for service.

The installation was completed very quickly but correctly and professionally. The foreman also took the time to go over the installation to make sure that everything was to my satisfaction and even went over the features of my new windows. Overall, a job very well done. I couldn’t be more pleased and impressed with Window Nation.

Everything went great from the initial meeting to the install. Everyone was very efficient and installed in the windows in no time at all!!

The sales person showed me a window that I thought I was getting and instead I got a inferior window. That did not have the metal locks to tilt the window out. My new windows have the plastic locks for the tilt exactly what I told him I did not want. I have had windows like this before and they failed with in a couple of years. I was very adamant on I DID NOT WANT These. He informed me that if his boss would let him combine 2 orders he could get me a better price I told him fine. So he got me a better price but did not lesson to me about what I DID NOT WANT. I was in a conference call for about 2 hours of the beginning of the install and did not see the windows until they already had about half of them cut out and was installing the new ones. He switched out the windows and did not explain the differences in the two windows.

The installers did an awesome job. They was very courteous and did a very professional job. Their work was top notch.

Became the day they said they were going to everybody had a job to do. They took the windows out, and they put them right in, they got here about 10 o'clock and they left around 2, they cleaned up after themselves. They done a good job. And they were very polite.

Had 1 out 12 windows that needed redone installation manager spoke to me and put rush on replacement. No B.S. would recommend to family and friends. Nice job guys.
