I would strongly recommend avoiding placing an order with this company. It appears that they do not have any intention of shipping orders, and instead will take payment and ignore contact, hoping you forget about your missing order.

I placed a small order on 24th August for a bottle of wine, but received no delivery or shipping notification. I followed up in writing on 9th September, 14th September, 20th September, 27th September, 3rd October, 11th October, 15th October, and 31st October. Eventually Adam (the founder / managing director) emailed me on 1st November advising that the order could be shipped for immediate delivery, which I accepted.

Despite this he order still has not been shipped, despite mutiple more follow-ups in writing on 4th November and 12th November. At this point, I can only conclude that the company has no intention of shipping orders, and instead will take payment and ignore contact, hoping you forget about your missing order.

Kept me informed with regular emails of delivery etc and delivered quickly, will definitely use this company again and recommend to friends.

Never again! Bottles with problems, most probably due to bad storage; I tried to contact them but no answer. Avoid!

Fantastic selection of wines and very knowledgeable and helpful staff. The cheese board and charcuterie are a wonderful accompaniment to a tasty glass in a lovely surrounding.

Terrible owner doesn't pay his staff what they are owed, cons clients out of money and sells average wine at extortionate prices. Such a shame i have to give a star most definitely doesnt deserve one. AVOID!

Most of the order was substituted with different (cheaper) wines, have been trying to contact for a week, no response, no phone number available. Thinking of escalating to trading standards

Sent the wrong year wine and never answered my emails or calls , AWFUL would never recommend

I won’t be ordering from this company again. I ordered wine on sept 3rd for an event with express delivery and after not receiving I sent three messages to the company, two via the website and one via the Facebook page and received no response. I was then randomnly sent an email that this would be delivered but as I have moved since ordering it was delivered to my old address which was very inconvenient. Highly unreliable and not worth the effort to use this company.

Ordered case of wine October 22 to find only 10 bottles delivered. Promise made that remaining two bottles (> £50 value) would be delivered but never was after months of emails and phone calls. Contact phone number removed from website, now rings dead. No repsonse to emails. Examining Companies house one of two Directors has resigned. Sole Director is now Adam Pledger. In June 23 Companies House registrar gave notice that the company would be struck off the register and dissolved, reason not given but presumably for not filing accounts. That has currently been suspended. Raises questions about the viability of the company. If you do choose to order via the website and find your order is not fulfilled, contact your credit card comapny immediately to obtain restitution as a claim has to be made within 3 months of the purchase date. I am now pursuing my loss through the small claims court.
