wines I tried were not to my tastes but my my main problem was cancelling my subscription and then the rudeness when I finally got the on the phone he just left me on hold didn’t say he was putting me on hold either just went do be prepared to cancel the card you use and stop subscribing via bank

I have been with Beer 52 for a number of years and have always had a great service. They have a vast array of beers, but I like the IPAs. They come from all around the world with a variety of tastes and strengths.

When I have called them to make enquiries, I always speak to a person, none of the AI, which makes such a difference.
I always enjoy the beers they send out. I would definitely recommend them if you different beers each time.

Edward was a great help when I called to cancel my Beer52 subscription. He was friendly and not pushy and the cancellation was very easy to process.

Never use this company, you are offered TRIAL to use this company through a special offer. In my case Trainline
You are hoodwinked into a subscription by agreeing to T&C’s.
Try getting out of it. You have to phone and then are asked to confirm your details a few days later and then they say it takes 5 days to sort it out. By that time I’m sure you subscription kicks in.
THEY ARE FLEECING YOU.

The selection was generally good and interesting and was regularly on time. Delivery emails were a bit too numerous. Promotional calls and emails I did not like.

Very nice wine gorgeous labels but I only wanted intro offer and it is a bit annoying not being able to cancel quickly using a chat bot having to hold for ages with badly degraded hold music (is this something companies use deliberately to dissuade from holding? ). When I finally got through after 20 mins the person at the other end was great and very helpful. But to me it's not worth the hassle of cancelling to get the free offer if you are not intending to continue.

I got all the help I needed and the call did not feel like a chore. Thank you Shaun

Great wine, great CS.
The variety/quality of wine is always great.
Managing the account is a bit of a pain, having to call, but the team are always really friendly and happy to help find ways to assist.
Always impressed when I call, and the willingness to help every time has probably meant I've kept the sub running when I could easily having cancelled at times.

Wine52 has a great selection of red and white wines from different regions. I highly recommend it for those who want to try different varieties. I particularly enjoyed the Italian and French boxes, but it was a bit of a hit and miss for the others.

I was calling to cancel my subscription but, after talking to Zayneb, decided to continue and utilise my remaining benefits first. She was friendly and helpful.

A great experience and really enjoyed the products would recommend easy to organise and ability to grow loyalty points
