I bought 2 bottles of the Iron Maiden wine. They were shipped very quickly and packed extremely well. I received this order from Portugal quicker than most items I purchase here in the U.S!

Quick and easy!
I ordered on the 14th of December to an EU address hoping that I would have the product before Christmas, and it arrived on the 20th. Great service, good value - I'd definitely order again!

Blatantly scamming people!
Ordered 3 months ago and contacted the seller through X where I ordered it from. Said he would reship and never did. Then blocked me along with all the others that were trying to get their money back or product. I will report this blatant scam to X.

The situation you describe does not reflect what actually happened. We were not contacted by you until you received the tracking number from the carrier. It was only after we had shipped the order that you reached out to us. We attempted to stop the shipment but were unsuccessful. We offered you a solution, which you chose not to accept, instead opting to request a chargeback. In the end, the decision was in our favor, as the situation occurred as we described, not as you portrayed it.
