Peter Manchester trafford centre wingstop is amazingg…
My wingstop experience was great because of Peter the manager. I visited the Manchester Trafford Centre Wingstop. We had a lovely outing with my sister and his attentive skills at such a busy time was great. We will be back again because of you Peter. You're a credit to Wingstop. He was making sure everything was okay for everyone else too. You don't see managers like this around these days. You deserve everything Peter. I hope you see this review. Thank you
Food was amazing too.
Terrible
Paid over 20 pound for 20 tiny boneless wings no fries drink or sides, that's one pound per bite! After standing in a queue for 25 minutes at the trafford center I placed my order, pulled my money out to pay and they wouldn't take my cash, they don't accept cash, which is legal tender and unless they have signs explaining that they don't take cash them rightfully they should. They made me download all kinds of apps to pay with my phone as I'd forgotten to take my cards out with me , along come the manager who I never even asked for who told me the same thing the other lady told me. The last who served me agreed that it's stupid we can't use cash, she was lovely and my experience doesn't reflect on her lovely calm approach. I told them to remove my order because by this time I had no appetite. I had to ring my 14 year old nephew to come pay with his card and pay (embarrassing when I'm the one who's supposed to be taking him and my son out to eat) . Shocking service. If you go here make sure your not hungry and make sure you remember your card
But that burger though!
The wings were great, but the chicken burger!! WOW! Best chicken burger in London. Great balance of flavours, the crunch from the batter, fresh bun... chef's kiss perfect.
Cold wings and fries
Cold wings and fries,Wood Green branch, after complaining we were often a fresh batch of wings which were still cold, after comparing about these we were offered more, why would anyone pay 25 pound for food that has to be changed three times, also manager didn't look happy when we refused his offer,we asked for a refund but felt he was offended by this, still sitting at table for his response
Food was exceptional
Food was exceptional, The customer service was a delight. Rajitha, and employee in the Hounslow branch went above and beyond to ensure that our experience was great.
Terrible customer service

What a great experience from wingstop…
What a great experience from wingstop at Milton Keynes!!! My son who has autism, has been invited for the opening, he was offered food to taste which was extremely tasty. The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful,
I will highly recommend Wingstop not only in Milton Keynes but all over UK.
Food poisoning Glasgow
My daughter went to wingstop in St Enochs centre, Glasgow. One day after she had awful food poisoning. This was the only thing out of the norm that she ate and the only explanation. Going to report to health authority.
Genuinely awful and poor customer service.
I signed up online for the Wingstop newsletter - to get eight free wings or boneless bites.
However, when I visited the Wingstop at the Trafford Centre on 29/6/24 at 8.50pm and tried to order, I was told that I’m not able to use the voucher/QR code for the eight free wings or boneless bites unfortunately.
I asked the gentleman at the till why I was not able to use the voucher, and he said it’s because everyone has apparently made a copy of it and ruined it sadly.
With all due respect, I don’t feel like that reasoning is my issue unfortunately; it’s got nothing to do with me.
It’s very, very disappointing customer service and truly awful.
Rip-Off
The food was tasty, but my stomach left hungrier than it arrived. If you enjoy paying a lot for very little, this is the place for you!😂
Young ladies beware because the staff do not have your back
Daughter just had 16th birthday so we allowed her to do a shopping trip with a friend in Leeds unsupervised. All went well until entering wingstop. In there they were bullied by a homeless dude to buy him food. It started as they entered and continued at the counter. The serving staff member stood watching and listening as two young girls were continually harassed in an attempt to get them to buy a meal for this homeless guy. It goy so bad that another customer, a lady, stepped in and bought the man a meal just to get him away from 2 teenagers. The staff did nothing to help other than allow this man to get served 1st so they could get rid of him.... Daughters 1st solo Leeds trip ruined and she and her friend both owing never to use wingstop again.
Very chewy wings no flavour

Went to wing stop in St Enoch Centre in…
Went to wing stop in St Enoch Centre in Glasgow, services were good and food was okay. BUT… when I got back from town my stumack was making these horrible noises and I was pooing like mad I woke up at 3am to projectile vomit all over my room and it would not stop it got everywhere and all over my Yeezys. I was unwell for 3 days and barley ate because of this I had food poisoning. Those fecies were the worst btw never again wingstop
Very slow
Very slow service and the food is cold.It took us an hour to wait for our food.DO NOT come here
Horrible customer service
Rude service and even worse customer service!
The customer service team on emails are so sarcastic and rude. They 'sent' me a voucher to compensate for a violent experience I had in the Dalston store from a worker. I politely asked the worker if my flavours were correct and the worker got in my face, snatched my food with their hands which is unhygienic then shouting at me in another language clearly swearing. They spent the rest of the shift giving me nasty looks.
Upon telling the customer service team, they claim to have sent me a voucher for 6 wings to make it right, however this email absolutely is not in my inbox or junk mail. Clearly they didn't send it because as a company they can't afford to give out free food, otherwise I would receive the voucher.
Upon telling them they're so sarcastic saying it's sent when they can't show any evidence of having ever sent it.
You can keep your wings :) 6 wings doesn't remove disrespect and they still couldn't give that.
I recently went to Wingstop @ Reading…
I recently went to Wingstop @ Reading and had a bad experience with the GM, Inga. She was rude to me, which really ruined my visit. Because of this, I feel sad to say I won't go back there again. It's a letdown when the service isn't good, because it really affects how much you enjoy the place and whether you're happy with your visit
